Eli's Quickies - The future is uncertain but it's going to be OK!
Hiya!
A big twist of events happened today at the Spa!
Our Spa Manager decided to go on other adventures leaving us kind of alone...
The Hotel decided to bring an external Spa company to take over and explore it, as they do in other hotels from the same group, which is understandably that is needed but that means if I want to keep working as a massage therapist I will be transferred to that company...which made me anxious...
What about my current contract? Will this new company hire me even so? What about the benefits and rights as a permanent contract (this is what I wanted to say in the video but lost my words lol)?
I'm not afraid of the change, I need to know my rights...I will get some answers from the labour inspection so I can be prepared for what is coming!
