The Search for Pixie Dust Continues!
Hello Buzzy Bees!
Today I share a little childhood memory as a way to attract some of @pixiepost's #pixiedust.
There is a very old cartoon movie (1984) that is part of my childhood and I probably watched millions of times without knowing the true meaning if the story untill recently when I discovered the full movie on Youtube!
I messed up the lyrics that I wanted to share so I will be sharing here:
"Someday I'll have to
discover my real self
I must have courage to give up
everything else
For in a lifetime there's only one chance for me
to find out what I am really supposed to be
Why are my dreams so big? Why am I not content to be my little self instead of something else? Why do I feel as if there's something deep in me that wants to grow and grow, that's thriving to be free?"
Katy Caterpillar is a very beautiful movie with a very special message that should be shared for everyone who struggles at finding themselves or not knowing what to do...You must get out of your "cherry tree" and discovery the world! Try new things and experiences and one day you will find what you're looking for :)

What a nice story ;-). When you were telling the story about the Katy, it was like a methaphore to me. She wants to discover a new world, she wants to go out of the comfort zone and discover her true potential... Isn't that a nice way to look at ourselves? We need to get out of the comfort zone to become butterflies :-)
That's the moral of the story! The movie is about her journey to discover herself! She tried knitting like a spider or change color like the lizards, or even being a busy bee! There's a lot of ups and downs through the adventure but in the end, she managed to discover what she wanted to be and worked for it, even when her sisters were against or skeptical! At the end of the day, if you want change is up to you to figure that out!

What a sweet story! Pixie dust loves stories, especially about empowerment. 😊 It is so true - in order for each of us to discover our own truth & life mission, we have to go out of our own comfort zone & see what is out there. We can't blossom if we don't gather up courage to try different things.
This was a nice way to start the day. The caterpillar turning into a butterfly is almost like all of us, becoming better versions of ourselves each day. 💕
Love the bee song video! How ironic when we are on #HIVE. Lol Just like when I had my bee visitor in one of my last videos lolol....

Interesting story and beautiful cartoon... Maybe I'm a grumpy, but it is very rare to see this kind of cartoons today... And there were plenty of them in the past...
I'm sure that @pixiepost will find a ton of pixie dust there... :)

Oh yeah I think people don't know how to do proper cartoons anymore lol there are some exceptions that I watch because of David but the older kids cartoon channels are meh lol
Finding the full movie of that one on Youtube was one of my greatest discoveries 😁

Wow Eliana, that was an amazing story, and you wanted to be a butterfly grown from the caterpillar, you sure have spread your wings now, with your own program and making videos and all, stay awesome.
