Friends of #hive and @liketu what a pleasure to greet you and share with you unforgettable moments that life has given me the opportunity to enjoy. We know that time goes by too fast and it is our obligation to live it to the fullest. In this sense, we have to take advantage of every moment doing the things that we like and make us happy.

Being happy, cheerful and joyful has become a permanent goal in my life. That is why, for some time now, I have been doing sports activities, developing a business, sharing with friends, continually meeting new people to socialize with and preparing and trying new delicious recipes. I find myself busy every day doing what I love.

The pictures I share with you this time was a day at the Gym, in which we had to wear a crown since all the ladies present would be the queens of the place. In my case, I didn't have a traditional crown, so I improvised with a crown of roses. I felt very good that day and glamorous in my outfit. I am convinced that a positive attitude towards life helps our physical and mental well-being.

At any age we can enjoy the joy of being alive. Accomplishing goals, growing, appreciating and being grateful. Demonstrating that youth is a matter of attitude and not age.

Amigos de #hive y de @liketu que gusto saludarlos y compartir con ustedes inolvidables momentos que la vida me ha dado la oportunidad de disfrutar. Sabemos que el tiempo pasa demasiado rápido y es nuestra obligación vivirlo a plenitud. En tal sentido, tenemos que aprovechar cada instante haciendo las cosas que nos gustan y haga felíz.

Estar contenta, alegre y felíz se ha vuelto una meta permanente en mi vida. Es por ello, que desde hace algún tiempo realizo actividades deportivas, desarrollo un emprendimiento, comparto con amigas, continuamente conozco nuevas personas con quienes socializar y preparo y pruebo nuevas recetas deliciosas. Me encuentro todos los días ocupada haciendo lo que me gusta.

Las fotos que les comparto en ésta ocasión fué un día en el Gym, en el cual debíamos usar corona ya que todas las damas presentes seríamos las reinas del lugar. En mi caso, no tenía una corona tradicional, así que improvisé con una corona de rosas. Me sentí muy bien ese día y glamorosa con mi vestimenta. Estoy convencida que la actitud positiva ante la vida ayuda en nuestro bienestar físico y mental.

A cualquier edad podemos disfrutar de la alegría de estar viva. Cumpliendo metas, creciendo, valorando y agradeciendo. Demostrar que la juventud es cuestión de actitud y no de edad.

Sonríe cada vez que puedas y persigue tus sueños.
