Flesh Eating Fly - Monomad challenge

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

Don't get scared when you read about this fly in the next link from Wikipedia which describes this family and genus of this fly, because some of you might find it unsettling. This fly that I managed to shoot is coming from the Sarcophaga, a genus of true flies and the type genus of the flesh-fly family (Sarcophagidae). The members of this cosmopolitan genus are frequently known as common flesh flies.. Reading about a fly might already upset you, but a flesh-eating one, might be on another level isn't it? But nature is so wonderful, they are also beautiful in one way or another.

I found this fly resting on a leaf, and as far as I know and encounter it, sometimes they will be quite friendly and will stay quite a long time in its place when you try to approach it. Maybe the size of the fly also played a big part in this behavior.

I took the photo of this fly from the abdomen side, and then moved my self carefully so that I could also get a photo from the front side of this fly. The fly also help me a little bit since it also moved its body toward my camera direction, maybe also attracted to my lens since it gets a little bit too close to it.

Look at those bristles or those hairs on its body, does it send some scary feeling to your mind? hehe

The abdomen is a little bit thin compared to the bottle fly, of the other fly. Maybe it is the characteristic of this fly and also this genus.
