Newbies task 2: determination

Hi guys, welcome to my blog, I am Edwin John chinonso, my hive name is @edwincj, u am a newbie, and was given an assignments to do in order to learn more and grow with vast knowledge about hive platform.
According to all the posts and blogs that I was asked to read, I learnt and understood the do's and donts in this platform, I was also able to learn how hive platform worked and how I am supposed to use it.
I thought about many things, and i realized that, sometimes i tag strange people, not knowing it wasn't good, but now i know because of the posts i was asked to read.
Let's move to the questions.
What is the difference between a centralized and decentralized platform using a clear example.
A centralized platform, is a platform where by almost everything is been controlled by a person or group of people, who are known as the managers of such platform. For example, a business place, a business place is been controlled by a person who might be the owner, or by group of people which some call cooperative. They are the ones who decides how they run the business, what they sell, which type of products the buy, and lots more.
While a decentralized platform is a platform where everyone has controls anything, and does it they way they like or prefer to do. A good example is here, at hive platform, I choose the post I would like to blog, the community I would subscribe to, and even when and to post. This type of platform is transparent and clear, and it also allows everyone to share their experience and problems.
So centralized platform is controlled by a person or group of people, while decentralized platform is a platform is controlled by everyone.
Plagiarism.
Plagiarism is when you copy someones work, without properly sourcing where you got from. It can also be seen as stealing, and it could lead to downvotes, because you would be taking that person glory he is supposed to take because you stole his work. Plagiarism is very bad, and any person involved in such wouldn't go unpunished, he would be punished through down votes and some other ways. This could happen when someone runs out of posts and ideas to post.
Vote begging.
Vote begging is when you beg people for vote, and it is seen as a crime here in hive platform, it is better you work hard for the votes, by voting, commenting, and rwbloging others post.
Post recycling.
This is when someone reposts his old post, maybe in the name of lack of ideas, but it is not good, you are just repeating the same thing, and would make you not to grow, it is better to be creative and create new posts.
The importance of using the right tags.
When you use the right tag, it makes it easy for curators to curate your posts, for example, when you post about a movie, and you then use movie as a tag, it would be more easier for curators who want to curate movie posts to get it.
