Language barriers will not be an impediment with this application - Duolingo [ESP/ENG]
Hola amigos de Hive ❤️ un saludito para todos los que me visitan y les encanta saber todo sobre el mundo tecnológico, nuevamente me encuentro compartiendo con ustedes una actualización en mi búsqueda por aprender nuevos idiomas, solo que todo esto lo hago desde la misma aplicación y esa es Duolingo.
Este año en particular a pasado algo curioso, y es que desde que miro y escucho personas hablando otro idioma mi interés por aprenderlo es mayor. Desde hace varios meses he venido practicando el inglés, un idioma que en mi opinión es universal y con el que fácilmente puedo defenderme en casi cualquier país, me hace sentir muy contenta y feliz el hecho que para el próximo año empezaré un curso más formal, uno de larga duración en dónde podré complementar las lecciones que le brinda la aplicación.
Entre esos nuevos idiomas que me gustaría explorar y el que pienso es relativamente fácil por su parecido al español es el portugués de Brasil. Desde hace meses sigo a una persona nativo de Brasil y el poder entenderlo me motiva mucho para aprender, y también porque prácticamente es un país vecino al que algún día me gustaría ir y poner en práctica todo lo que pueda llegar a aprender si me esfuerzo y le dedico el tiempo suficiente para practicar, porque aunque no lo parezca, este idioma se parece mucho al español pero requiere mucha práctica en cuanto a la pronunciación y eso con mucha práctica y ganas de aprender estoy segura que se puede lograr.
Nunca recuerdo haber buscado este idioma en esta aplicación, recuerdo haber usado el inglés y el italiano, pero portugués nunca y hace pocos días volví para crear una nueva sección de aprendizaje y hoy les comparto un poco las lecciones que está aplicación brinda con este idioma, una de las que más me interesa es la pronunciación, no niego que me cuesta pero el hecho de que algunas palabras se parezcan me anima y entusiasma mucho por aprender.
Cada palabra es importante y como todo inicio, se empieza con cosas basicas y muy simples, como por ejemplo "menino", "menina", "maçã", "mulher" y "leite". También otras más significativas como "ele", "sou", "é", "uma", "um", você, o frases como "Eu sou uma menina", y así muchas que solo con la práctica y la debida pronunciación de logran memorizar. Otro tip que recuerdo recomiendan son las músicas y sobre todo escuchar una voz nativa bien sea desde una película o en mi caso escuchando un streamer hablar y hablar por horas para así acostumbrar a mi oído a entender mejor el idioma.
Me siento muy animada y espero poder continuar con las lecciones y próximamente iniciar el próximo año con mi curso oficial de inglés, me gustaría dedicarme a eso y poder un día viajar y poner en práctica lo que vaya aprendiendo. Una de las metas más bonitas que me he propuesto para este nuevo año y que con la ayuda de esta y otras aplicaciones puedo ayudarme, porque gracias a ello los idiomas nunca seran una barrera o un impedimento para interactuar y conocer nuevas personas, lugares y culturas.
Espero pronto compartírles mi progreso o "racha" en este nuevo desafío que me he propuesto, la verdad se los recomiendo si quieren explotar un nuevo idioma además del inglés y español, les seguro de divertirán aprendiendo!.

Hello friends of Hive ❤️ a greeting to all who visit me and love to know everything about the technological world, again I find myself sharing with you an update in my quest to learn new languages, only that I do all this from the same application and that is Duolingo.
This year in particular something curious has happened, and it is that since I see and hear people speaking another language my interest in learning it is greater. For several months I have been practicing English, a language that in my opinion is universal and with which I can easily defend myself in almost any country, it makes me feel very happy and happy that for next year I will start a more formal course, one of long duration where I can complement the lessons provided by the application.
Among those new languages that I would like to explore and the one that I think is relatively easy because of its similarity to Spanish is Brazilian Portuguese. For months I have been following a native speaker from Brazil and being able to understand him motivates me a lot to learn, and also because it is practically a neighboring country where someday I would like to go and put into practice everything I can learn if I make the effort and dedicate enough time to practice, because although it may not seem so, this language is very similar to Spanish but it requires a lot of practice in terms of pronunciation and with a lot of practice and desire to learn I am sure it can be achieved.
I never remember having searched for this language in this application, I remember having used English and Italian, but Portuguese never and a few days ago I returned to create a new learning section and today I share with you a little of the lessons that this application provides with this language, one of the ones that interests me most is pronunciation, I do not deny that I find it difficult but the fact that some words are similar encourages me and excites me a lot to learn.
Each word is important and like any beginning, it starts with basic and very simple things, such as menino, menina, maçã, mulher and leite. Also other more meaningful words like "ele", "sou", "é", "uma", "um", or phrases like "Eu sou uma menina", and many others that only with practice and proper pronunciation can be memorized. Another tip that I remember is music and above all listening to a native voice either from a movie or in my case listening to a streamer talking and talking for hours to accustom my ear to better understand the language.
I feel very encouraged and I hope to continue with the lessons and soon start next year with my official English course, I would like to dedicate myself to that and to be able to travel one day and put into practice what I am learning. One of the most beautiful goals that I have set for this new year and that with the help of this and other applications I can help me, because thanks to this languages will never be a barrier or an impediment to interact and meet new people, places and cultures.

Me encantó conocer tu experiencia, veo que tiene muy buenas referencias, estoy pensando poner a mi hijo menor a que use esta aplicación, pues noto en él interés en idiomas.
Sii yo la uso seguido y es muy buena, súper interactiva y con varias opciones para aprender ese idioma que te gusta, y en caso de los niños la recomiendo mucho, estoy segura que a tu hijo le servirá y ayudará mucho en un futuro 😊.

Tienes razón, yo la uso desde hace ya un buen tiempo y ahora que estoy en un curso académico más formal realmente noto la ayuda que en su momento me brindo esta app, no me sentí tan perdida aunque aún me falta perder un poco la pena al hablar el idioma 🤭, pero espero este nuevo año mejorar! 😁.
