Enjoying a moment of the day, appreciating the beauty of the outdoors

Son pocas las veces que me tomo el tiempo de salir un momento de casa y distraer mi mente apreciando la belleza y la tranquilidad del exterior. Aprovechando una salida al centro comercial, me animé a caminar a un parque cercano en dónde también conservo bonitos recuerdos junto a mi gamiyde pequeña, me sorprendió además lo conservado que estaba aún con los años, aunque si bien han cambiado algunas cosas, la esencia sigue siendo la misma.

Hubo una parte del parque que me gustó mucho porque me recordó una zona de la capital hasta la misma de una parte del extranjero en dónde unos grandes e imponentes árboles decoran un sendero de cemento que para posar y capturar unas bonitas fotos con esa hermosa vista.

Para mi la naturaleza es sinónimo de paz y tranquilidad, una vez conectas con ella, es tan beneficiosa a nivel mental que con solo salir y respirar aire puro fresco unas cuántas horas, tu cuerpo lo agradece mucho. Ese día había bastantes personas, algunas agrupadas jugando juegos de mesa, el río a un lado, el museo y también un pequeño parque de atracciones para niños, como habíam algunos cuerpos de seguridad me sentí un poco confiada para sacar mi teléfono y tomar algunas fotos, aunque el paseo no duró mucho porque mi mascota estaba acalorada y con sed.

Aquí les comparto unas fotos de ese momento, que como les dije me encantó no solo por darle un break a mi rutina sino porque además hacía mucho no visitaba ese lugar..Espero les haya gustado y pronto compartírles más, nos vemos en una próxima oportunidad!!💕

There are few times that I take the time to leave the house for a moment and distract my mind appreciating the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors. Taking advantage of an outing to the mall, I took a walk to a nearby park where I also have beautiful memories with my little gamiyde, I was also surprised how well preserved it was even with the years, although some things have changed, the essence remains the same.

There was a part of the park that I liked a lot because it reminded me of an area of the capital to the same part of a foreigner where some large and imposing trees decorate a cement path to pose and capture some nice pictures with that beautiful view.

For me nature is synonymous with peace and tranquility, once you connect with it, it is so beneficial on a mental level that just by going out and breathing fresh air for a few hours, your body is very grateful. That day there were quite a few people, some grouped together playing board games, the river on one side, the museum and also a small amusement park for children, as there were some security forces I felt a little confident to take out my phone and take some pictures, although the walk did not last long because my pet was hot and thirsty..
