RE: No Bull-Run When Everyone Expects It

Basically, if there is nobody to lose money somewhere in the world, I cannot make money, either.

This ignores the critical principal that value is created out of thin air all the time.
The amount of value that exists in the world is not a static number.
More value exists in the world today than it did 2000 years ago.
There's not much argument to the contrary.

Certainly the PvP zero-sum element of the market is valid but I think we should also focus on the part where everyone does win. Inventing in stock indexes over long periods of time almost always yields a profit. That wouldn't be possible in a purely competitive market.

Exactly!

I believe the zero-sum game yields imbalance towards the positive side as the circulating or total amount of money increases over time. Especially airdrops, ICOs / IDOs are boosting the market with more value out of thin air (the new tokens create their hypothetical support levels etc.) When all these support levels are kept, the indexes go up. The more money kept in the system, the higher the possibility of forming higher-lows or double-bottoms in the yearly charts
