Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.

What are EDS tokens?

EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 31%.

(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)

• EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
• 12% of over 104,000 HIVE POWER pays out (104,000*12/52.18) 240 per week
• EDS in circulation each yield (240/40,000) 0.006 HIVE per week
• 0.006 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.31 HIVE
• 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 31% per year

EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. There are 2 ways to mint new EDS tokens. 1 is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens and 2 is delegations HIVE POWER to @eds-vote. EDS Miners yield roughly 20% per year and EDS-vote yields around 4-5%.

EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. Buy some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, buy some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Lets get a look at the charts this week

EDS mintage numbers are increasing each week as @eds-vote continues to gather more delegations. Of the 380 EDS minted this week, 300 came from EDS miners and the remaining 80 from EDS-vote. 5 weeks ago EDS-vote was minting 50 a week so it's almost doubled in just over a month and still growing. At this rate, we're minting almost 20k EDS per year with 460k in reserves so 23 years worth.

A small increase in HP this week as every week. 10 minutes ago I started a new powerdown from @eds-vote for 100 HIVE per week, this is a 50 HIVE per week increase on what we take from it currently. From next week onwards fingers crossed, we'll be powering up a min of 200 HIVE per week. That's around 10.5k per year which would represent a 10% increase on our current 105k HP balance. Ant then we get the normal 3% HP growth from inflation which is another 3k HP. Good times.

0.40 HIVE increase this week for the HIVE income pool, thats would powering up 180 HIVE gets you weekly at 12%.

Another week and another decline in the EDS APY. Im looking forward to see how HIVE being brought from EDS-vote will take effect on this chart over the coming months. There will come a time when it completely flatlines and stays there for a while, after that the only way is up.

With the growth of EDS-vote and it's getting way more support than I'd guessed, it's hard to predict exactly what the EDS APYs bottom will be. I checked around a month ago but EDS-vote has grown by over 50k HP being delegated in which will bring an extra 70-80 to @eddie-earner each week in 13 weeks from now. We got to earn it before we can power it down.

1 thing I know so sure is the better @eds-vote gets, the higher the EDS bottom will be and the faster we flip the declining trend into an increasing one. The flip will happen but EDS-vote is helping to speed it up which is good for every single EDS token holders and EDS-miner as well I guess.

How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?

We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? Weekly Roundup

Another great week for growth. The great thing about running a project like EDS is it wins every week so it's fun to do. No matter, bear market, bull market, FUD news, EDS laughs in the face of black swans because nothing has any effect on EDS because it's 100% HIVE.

EDS are pegged and backed to 1 HIVE each, if HIVE is 10 cents or $20 each, EDS is worth 1 HIVE. If EDS is paying out a 30%+ APY HIVE income and HIVE moons 300% in 1 day, your next HIVE income payments will still be equal to 30%. Thats called being market volatility proof and we're 1 of few HIVE projects that were built this way. INCOME is an example of another, shout out to them guys for running a cool HIVE-based project.

Another week over and we smashed it. @eds-vote is killing it folks and its getting more support each week as more people are finding out that they can get EDS tokens by delegating HP to the account. hivestats.io is telling me EDS-vote will being in 188 HP this week from curation rewards but this number is increasing each day because Taskmaster upped his delegation a few days back by 5000 so we're on the road to 200 a week. I never would have guessed it 5-6 weeks back. It starting to turn into a beast and for as well long as the 30k delegator is not active, we're in the land of milk and honey.
