The issue of hyper-inflation is one the things that cripple and suppress the normal standard of living in an economy.
WHAT IS HYPER-INFLATION
hyper-inflation is basically when an economy undergoes a high level of inflation,which could be caused by different factors,such as,over printing of money,due to government inability to make end meet with their budget deficit,war leading to the devaluation of currency and also natural disasters,that being said,it is a problematic situation,if an economy found themselves in the space of hyper-inflation.
DAMAGES HYPER-INFLATION CAN CAUSE IN AN ECONOMY
Devaluation of currency:one of the issues that comes with hyper-inflation is too much of money been pumped into the economy,whereas,causing the cost of things to skyrocket out of control.
The key element that strengthens a country is the competency to maintain or if not thrive to uphold the value of money in the economy,by doing so,the standard of living of the citizens will be stable.
Higher cost of living:the only thing that makes an economy conducive for citizens,is if the cost of things to some certain extent avoidable for the lower class of the society,
Turning an economy into a state of anarchy:it is certain that if an economy is hard for the masses,they are going to go extra miles to survive,which could lead to a lot of chaos in the society.
There are more catastrophe that hyper-inflation can cause,it,s better for an economy that wishes to thrive and develop avoid any potential issues that could cause hyper-inflation.
