Ago, I Tried to onboard an international friend but the all time Weekly payout was a turn off after a long conversation.
She suggested something similar to the ever green payout just as you've stated.

I think it's an interesting model because ad revenue can definitely make it so that SEO is more important. I heard in the leofinance AMA that the rewards are kind of troublesome right now though because of Hive engine but they plan on solving that soon.
