Recuerdos, enferma de un riñón [esp/ing]

¡Hola a todos! Espero estén bien, y si no están pasando por un buen momento, recuerden que todo pasa, nada es permanente, o como dice el dicho

"no hay mal que dure mil años, ni cuerpo que lo resista".

En esta ocasión de la sesión de recuerdos, les traigo una anécdota que me pasó en el mes de noviembre del año pasado.

Todo comenzó un 9 de noviembre, fecha que tengo muy presente.
Recuerdo que ese día estaba en el trabajo haciéndole una piñata de Mario Bros al nieto de la gerente de la tienda. Allí con mis compañeras le hicimos ese detalle al niño que apenas estaba cumpliendo su primer añito.
Ese día me comencé a sentir mal, sentía muchas ganas de orinar, a cada momento iba al baño y quedaba con esa sensación de seguir orinando, orinaba y sentía como si no había orinado. Le llaman cistitis.

I remember that day I was at work making a Mario Bros piñata for the store manager's grandson. There with my colleagues we made that detail to the child who was just turning one year old.
That day I started to feel bad, I felt a lot of urination, every moment I went to the bathroom and I had the feeling of continuing to urinate, I urinated and I felt as if I had not urinated. They call it cystitis.

Haciendo la piñata estaba en una posición un poco incómoda a lo que me empezó a doler una parte de la espalda, exactamente debajo de las costillas, lo primero que pensé fue que era un lumbago. Me dolía horrible, seguido del dolor como a la hora comencé a presentar fiebre.
Así pasé toda la tarde, me sentía muy mal, no me podía ir a mi casa porque soy la encargada, hago las facturas y porto las llaves de la tienda, me quedé obligada a la responsabilidad.

I felt very bad, I could not go home because I am the manager, I do the bills and I carry the keys of the store, I was forced to take responsibility.

Ya, a las 5 de la tarde me pasan buscando al trabajo para ir a mi casa, todavía me sentía súper mal. La fiebre no me bajaba y el dolor no se me quitaba.
No soy de ir de inmediato al médico, prefiero tomarme una pastilla para el dolor y quedarme acostada. En la madrugada me levanté como loca a vomitar, (que horrible es vomitar) me sentía peor, la fiebre nada que se me quitaba y el dolor en la espalda era más fuerte.
En la mañana vuelvo a vomitar, yo no quería ir al hospital porque no quería que me inyectaran. Ese día no fui a trabajar, mandé las llaves a la gerente para que abriera la tienda.
Pasé todo ese día fatal, me sentía súper débil, no podía comer nada porque lo vomitaba, y aún así no fui al médico 👀😨.

Hasta en la noche que decidí ir, me llevaron al hospital y la gran noticia. Estaba embarazada😨... ¡Ok no ☺️!

I don't go immediately to the doctor, I prefer to take a pill for the pain and stay lying down. In the early morning I got up like crazy to vomit, (how horrible it is to vomit) I felt worse, the fever did not go away and the pain in my back was stronger.
In the morning I vomited again, I did not want to go to the hospital because I did not want to be injected. That day I did not go to work, I sent the keys to the manager to open the store.
I spent all that day terrible, I felt super weak, I couldn't eat anything because I was throwing it up, and still I didn't go to the doctor 👀😨.
Until the night I decided to go, they took me to the hospital and the big news. I was pregnant😨.... Ok no ☺️!

Me comenzaron a examinar y el doctor de emergencia dijo que tenía un virus, que si seguía con los malestares que fuera de nuevo al hospital para mandarme hacer unos exámenes 🙄. Lo cierto es que esa noche no pude dormir, la fiebre y los vomitos me tenían súper débil, más el dolor y sin poder comer.
Al otro día me llevaron de nuevo al hospital me atendió otra doctora en la sala de emergencia y ella si dió con la enfermedad. Me mandó hacer un eco renal y un examen de orina, efectivamente, tenía una infección en un riñón ¡que momento tan desagradable! después de 3 días con vomitos, fiebre y dolor en el riñón, (no era un lumbago), mi cuerpo estaba muy débil, las ojeras en mi cara se marcaba de una manera que cuando algun familiar me iba a visitar a mi casa se daban cuenta que realmente me sentía fatal. Mi cara estaba muy demacrada, parecía una vela derretida jajajajaja...

They started to examine me and the emergency doctor said that I had a virus, that if I continued with the discomfort to go back to the hospital to send me for tests 🙄. The truth is that I couldn't sleep that night, the fever and vomiting had me super weak, plus the pain and I couldn't eat.
The next day they took me back to the hospital and I was seen by another doctor in the emergency room and she found the disease. She sent me for a renal echo and a urine test, indeed, I had a kidney infection, what an unpleasant moment! after 3 days with vomiting, fever and pain in the kidney, (it was not lumbago), my body was very weak, the dark circles in my face were marked in a way that when a family member went to visit me at home they realized that I really felt terrible. My face was very emaciated, I looked like a melted candle hahahahahaha....

Luego de dar con el causante de mis síntomas, la doctora habla conmigo y me dice que la infección es muy grave, que me podían dejar hospitalizada, pero como yo vivo muy cerca del hospital y mi esposo en ese momento trabajaba en ese lugar, llegaron a un acuerdo a no dejarme hospitalizada, pero debía ir cada 12 horas a recibir tratamiento, gracias le doy a Dios porque no tuvimos que gastar nada en tratamientos, el hospital se encargó de suministrarlos, tenian los antibióticos que me recetaron, lo único que tuve que gastar para ese entonces fue en jeringas de 20cc, yerko y un micro gotero.

After finding the cause of my symptoms, the doctor talks to me and tells me that the infection is very serious, that they could leave me hospitalized, but as I live very close to the hospital and my husband at that time worked in that place, they reached an agreement not to leave me hospitalized, But I had to go every 12 hours to receive treatment, I thank God because we did not have to spend anything on treatments, the hospital was in charge of providing them, they had the antibiotics that they prescribed, the only thing I had to spend at that time was 20cc syringes, yerko and a micro dropper.

Así me dirigí cada 12 horas por 7 días al hospital a recibir mi tratamiento. Ya cómo al 3 día de recibir los medicamentos me comencé a sentir mejor, ya no tenía fiebre ni vomitos y el dolor había disminuido en su totalidad.
Lo único que me provocaba comer para ese entonces era sopa de mi mami y pan de sandwich, me mandaron a tomar mucho jugo de melón licuado con la semilla para votar más rápido la infección.
En el hospital hice unas amigas, nos veíamos todos los días, teníamos casi el mismo tratamiento, me di cuenta que había como una epidemia de infección en la orina que estaba afectando los riñones (es lo que supuse, no creo que haya una epidemia de ese tipo 👀).
Ya cumplido el tratamiento me refieren a un especialista, en este caso a un neufrologo. Fui a la consulta, ya todo estaba bien 🙏🏻. El médico especialista recomendó hervir el agua que íbamos a consumir, que ese era el motivo de los calculos que tenía en mi riñón, me mandó un tratamiento por 3 meses, no me mandó dieta ☺️.
Ya tengo que ir haciendo las diligencias para rehacerme los exámenes he ir de nuevo a la consulta. Esperemos todo salga bien ☺️ 🙏🏻.

So I went to the hospital every 12 hours for 7 days to receive my treatment. About 3 days after receiving the medication I began to feel better, I no longer had fever or vomiting and the pain had diminished completely.
The only thing that made me eat at that time was my mom's soup and sandwich bread, they sent me to drink a lot of melon juice liquefied with the seed to vote faster the infection.
In the hospital I made some friends, we saw each other every day, we had almost the same treatment, I realized that there was like an epidemic of urine infection that was affecting the kidneys (that's what I assumed, I don't think there is an epidemic of that kind 👀).
Once the treatment was completed, I was referred to a specialist, in this case to a nephrologist. I went to the consultation, everything was already well 🙏🏻. The specialist doctor recommended boiling the water that we were going to consume, that this was the reason for the calculi that I had in my kidney, he sent me a treatment for 3 months, he did not send me a diet ☺️.
I have to start doing the errands to redo the exams and go back to the doctor's office. Let's hope everything goes well ☺️ 🙏🏻.

Aquí ya no me veía tan derretida 🙈

Me da risa porque hoy revisando la galería de mi celular me encontré con todas estas fotos, y es que tengo un compañero que le toma foto a tooodo 🙄👀, hay que estar pendiente con él.

Lo único que les puedo decir es que si sienten algún malestar, dolor o fiebre repentina, no esperen a último momento para acudir a un médico 👀... No sabemos por lo que esté atravesando nuestro cuerpo y por ello envía señales. Siempre me ha impresionado las enfermedades renales, he visto unos casos que me dejan impactada, y los riñones al igual que otros órganos son fundamental en nuestro cuerpo. Lo que no logro entender es que conozco a personas que casi no toman agua, por lo menos en mi trabajo, las compañeras casi no orinan, ni menos toman agua (quizas por eso no van tan seguido al baño) tengo entendido que mistras más agua o la cantidad necesaria al día mejor funciona el organismo, mi jefa me llama vejiga corta, a cada rato voy a orinar ¡es que tomo mucha agua!. Quizás todos los organismos no son iguales o no sé, tampoco lo voy a investigar.

Ustedes que no toman agua, ¿todo bien?👀

We don't know what our body is going through and so it sends signals. I have always been impressed by kidney diseases, I have seen some cases that leave me shocked, and the kidneys like other organs are fundamental in our body. What I can not understand is that I know people who hardly drink water, at least in my work, my colleagues hardly urinate, let alone drink water (maybe that's why they do not go to the bathroom so often) I understand that the more water or the necessary amount per day the better the body works, my boss calls me short bladder, every now and then I go to urinate because I drink a lot of water. Maybe all organisms are not the same or I don't know, I am not going to investigate it either.
You guys who don't drink water, everything ok 👀?
