Happy New Year 2024 Eveyrone!!!

Another year another new resolutions, well that's what everyone saying. We have been through the 2023, it's a harsh bear year, for some people everything went wrong. Well not for all, some other had a good year.

Whether it was a bad year or a good year for us, the most important thing is how we will face this year, 2024. Let's start by send our prayers for a better year, whether in term of financial, health, family or for younger people... Love

I still keep my family tradition, we eat Rice Cake and Buckwheat Noodles to celebrate our New Year. Eating rice cake symbolizes Purity, and my family believe that clean and purity will invite good fortune throughout the year.

Eating buckwheat noodles, or it is specifically called Toshikoshi soba if we do this custom on new year eve, is a custom of passing or joining one year to another. Overall it symbolizes the same as eating Rice Cake, however Soba has one more meaning, which is symbolizing longevity and a wish for a long and prosperous life.

Well if you confuse how I am going to eat that noodle, this pic can explain it. Take what you want to eat, in small portion, and set them in your personal bowl. later add some soup, which is a soy sauce with broth, but I would not call it soup because not many people can or willing to drink it.

So There is my traditional custom I still have, a bit oldies not like current people who go out having party and fireworks

MY POWER UP TODAY

Earlier I wanted to make a 111 HP power up, but I saw my friend @ekavieka already hit that number first... so I came up with 101 HP powerup... its the DALMATIANS... I wonder if some do not know why 101 is related with dalmatians

Anyway this is my HIVE POWER right now:

5934 HP, I do not think this is a perfect start, however I believe all start is a great first step of thousands miles journey. There were up and down in 2023 and I believe in 2024 we are going to have those up and down too... but of course we will have this journey better than the last year.

THE GROWTH IN 2023

I do not have a proper record of how my Hive Account has grown, however I remember @liotes has a record of me because I am participating in their power up contest. This is what their record tell me:

In a year my account has grown 4.640 HP. This is not exactly correct but its very accurate to say that number. I got rank #24, which meant there were 23 people who were growing a lot better than me.

2024 HIVE GOALS

This is how I am going to set my Hive Goals for this year. Speaking about HIVE GOALS, I have set HBD (Hive Backed Dollar) aside, I do not see it is as something that I need to grind up. It's a saving that I would like to see it bigger but not as a target, because it can and must be withdrawable or swapped to other form at anytime

So My Hive Goals is all about HIVE POWER (HP).Here is the breakdown of my HIVE POWER that I want to have as my target:

1. HP for curations ~ 2.000 HP
2. HP to support ecosystem and utility ~ 5.000 HP
3. HP to support gaming society ~ 2.000 HP
4. HP to support other society ~ 1.000 HP
5. Spare HP for fun ~ 1.500 HP

Overall I will need around 11.500 HP. I will need to get around 6.000 HP a year, 500 HP a month or 125 HP a week... It's quite impossible because I usually only get 30-50 HP a week. But who knows what happens in this year, lets aim this number 11.500 HP!!!

HP for Curations

I have a project with some people on HIVE, part of it is to endorse the use of our national language, Bahasa Indonesia. We want to break the language barrier and negative stereotype that if you can not write in English, you won't be rewarded.

I know this is a small niche market, and there is no proven record that this way can increase the retention of our users. But somebody have to start and try this way first, and Indonesian users and I have decided to give this a shot.

HP Delegation for Utility

There are many projects that need HP delegation, for example are @dhedge and @hiveupme. Dhedge is a good project that you can swap tokens easily, but the most important part of this project is the !DHEDGE tipping bots. It's one of the best tipping bot in this blockchain.

The second one is Hive Up Me or the core. the product is https://uswap.app/ , yes the uswap. I have been using this one to swap my HIVE to swap.HIVE, or the opposite.

This kind of project usually needs a lot of HP delegation and they pay their dividen very high. That's why I am allocating about 5.000 HP for these kind of project.

HP Delegation for Gaming Society

Talking about gaming society, I came to Hive due to Splinterlands and stayed on Hive thanks to @risingstargame . Without these game, I might have wonder out HIVE and land on different platform or blockchain. So It makes a sense if I want to share more to my fellow Hive Gamers.

Currently I see @psyberx and @pgm-curator which or who have been publicly trying to reach out fellow gamers on HIVE. in 2024 I will try to gather more HP, about 2000 HP, to delegate to them. How much each, and will there any new project for the gamers... who knows, let see it later.

HP Delegation for Other Society

What I mean here is for all society in general on HIVE. I see @ecency, @liotes, @ctpsb , @tokenpimp and some more are good on this. I really do not like mainstream bidbot, such as with initial O and C because they have already had enormous HP. Let say I am a bit anti mainstream here.

HP Delegation for FUN

as it is said FUN, so definitely it is for Gaming activity. Some game right now needs a delegation, such as @wrestorgonline , @holozing @cryptocompany and I think some will follow. I need to get 1500 HP in total for my gaming activities.

LETS GO 11.500 HP!!!
