RE: Life: Understanding, Adjusting, Living & Adapting

Recently, I’ve come to appreciate the “experience is the best teacher” I’ve heard so many time. There are many things that until you experience, you just can’t relate to no matter how open-minded you are. I’ve seen people wallow over things and thought to myself “can never be me” and later found myself in similar predicaments. As for suicide, I hope that no one has to face something tough enough to shake their resolve and put it in their frame of thought.

Hahaha I use to have that "it can never be me" mentality. But I realize, we're like plastic, we all have a melting point, depending on the degree of conflagration. We cannot exactly wear the shoe of other people. It's practically impossible to do so. We can only imagine what people are going through, we can never truly know.

Exactly. Some people just have this very wrong mindset that because they know about your situation, they can relate to it. Lol I used to make fun of my roomate about 3 years ago of a situation he got himself into, only to find myself in something similar years later. You bet he didn't spare me either.😂
