Business is beyond just making profits, you need integrity to build trust if you want to be successful.

When you start up a business, you should focus on people and forget about profit first. Growing customer base should be your number one priority when business is just starting, you need people to trust and believe you are capable of offering a better service for them.

Build trust and loyalty by treating your customers like family, proof to them that you are so much interested in their satisfaction and not just their money. Don't just be happy when they only pay you, be excited when they are happy that you served them better.

You customers should fell fulfilled whenever they purchase the goods and services that you are offering to them. Your character personally can have a great effect on your business. Even though you are offering one of the best services, your character is what will make customers want to stay after their first purchase.

Customers sometimes can be very annoying and difficult to deal with, but you have the choice to choose not to react negatively, no matter the situation. Even though a customer is rude, be polite with them, learn to be a tolerant and a non judgmental businessman, accept customers warts and all.

Treat your customers as family, be friendly and polite with them, make serving them till they are satisfied your number one priority. Do all this things and watch your business make lots of profits.
