Hello, friends of this Liketu community, it is always a pleasure to be here with you and especially to give you another day of my life. On this occasion I want to tell you how I celebrated another year of life, we know that celebrating birthdays is very important for people because with them we welcome a new year in our life, so I thank God and life because it rewards me with another round of the sun, for which I am eternally grateful.

In the previous post I told you that for the last 12 years I don't like to have birthdays sung to me, I don't know why, but hearing the birthday song makes me cry, I know that I have to overcome these things and that at some point I will get over it. I tell you friends that when my sisters told me that there was a dance therapy with the people of Cumaná Saludable in my city, I immediately said let's go there, because when I do dance therapy I relax a lot, so I took the opportunity to attend and toast my birthday.

So I took a bottle of wine, ice, soft drinks and I prepared 2 creams, one with cheese and the other with bacon, some cookies and we went to the Monument to do the dance therapy, after dancing we stayed in the place to toast for one more year of my life, there to share with my husband, my grandson Gael, my sisters @theresa16 @wendyth16, my family @nathyortiz, @yumelys25 @atilioalcala @eveyese1312 @pepepefernandez @edwarlyn11 and my friends @elamaria @hylene74 who I thank for joining me on this special day for me.

Grateful to God for allowing me another year of life and for having allowed me to have a year full of emotions and energy, grateful for all the experiences lived, for the good and not so good things and for what is yet to come. Thanks to people for their good blessings and love towards me, for my family, my parents, my son who always accompanies me spiritually, my friendships and for the good times.

Hola, amigos de esta comunidad de Liketu, siempre es grato estar aquí con ustedes y sobre todo regalarles un día más de mi vida. En esta ocasión quiero contarles como celebré un año más de vida, sabemos que celebrar los cumpleaños es muy importante para las personas porque con ellos le damos la bienvenida a un nuevo año en nuestra vida, así que le doy gracias a Dios y a la vida porque me premia con otra vuelta al sol, por lo cual estoy eternamente agradecida.

En el post anterior les conté que desde hace 12 años no me gusta que me canten cumpleaños, no sé por qué, pero escuchar el canto de cumpleaños me hace llorar, sé que tengo que superar estas cosas y que algún momento lo voy a superar. Les cuento amigos que cuando mis hermanas me dijeron que había una bailo terapia con la gente de Cumaná Saludable en mi ciudad, inmediatamente dije vamos para allá, porque cuando hago bailo terapia me relajo mucho, así que aproveché para asistir y brindar por mi cumpleaños.

Así que tomé una botella de vino, hielo, refrescos y preparé 2 cremas, una de queso y otra de tocineta, unas galletas y nos fuimos al Monumento a realizar la bailo terapia, después de bailar nos quedamos en el lugar para brindar por un año más de mi vida, ahí compartir con mi esposo, mi nieto Gael, mis hermanas @theresa16 @wendyth16, mi familia @nathyortiz, @yumelys25 @atilioalcala @eveyese1312 @pepefernandez @edwarlyn11 y mis amigos @elamaria @hylene74 el cual le agradezco por acompañarme en este día tan especial para mí.

Agradecida con Dios, por permitirme un año más de vida y por haberme permitido tener un año lleno de emociones y energía, agradecida por todas las experiencias vividas, por las cosas buenas y no tan buenas y por lo que está por venir. Gracias a las personas por sus buenas bendiciones y amor hacia mí, por mi familia, mis padres, mi hijo que siempre me acompaña espiritualmente, mis amistades y por los buenos momentos.
