¡Hola mi querida gente de Hive! cuando empece en este desafió mi Hive Power era de 23 HP y era algo que me desanimo mucho, pero gracias al apoyo de @starstrings01 y al de esta genial iniciativa y el equipo de de Smile, mi Hive Power es de 133.986 HP y mi reputación era de 50. y ahora es de 59,03 y tenia 10 seguidores, ahora tengo 30.

Aunque aun me falta mucho camino por recorrer, puedo decir que ahora ya tengo una buena parte encaminada, no puedo creer que solamente tengo un mes en la plataforma publicando constantemente, porque fue una de las metas que me propuse gracias a la recomendación de @starstring01 de establecer mi Hive Power al 100% para hacer crecer mi poder de colmena.

De verdad estoy muy feliz con los resultados alcanzados, siento que mi compromiso tuvo sus recompensas.

Realmente aprendí muchas cosas, porque cuando decidi entrar a Hive y comprometerme a publicar, estaba muy perdida, no entendía ni conocía nada, creo que llegue a publicar en los lugares incorrectos, no entendía como se agregaban los pagos al monedero, no entendía la importancia de socializar con otros usuarios comentando y votando otras publicaciones.
I really learned many things, because when I decided to join Hive and commit to publish, I was very lost, I did not understand or know anything, I think I got to publish in the wrong places, I did not understand how payments were added to the wallet, I did not understand the importance of socializing with other users by commenting and voting other publications.
Tampoco entendía como debía votar, no sabia lo que era poder de voto, a veces no podía publicar y no sabia porque, no conocía la importancia de la Discord. Por lo que cuando abrí mi cuenta en septiembre no la utilice para nada, pero gracias a la insistencia de mi cuñada y a que tenia una computadora disponible, decidí ingresar e investigar un poco más.
I didn't understand how to vote either, I didn't know what voting power was, sometimes I couldn't post and I didn't know why, I didn't know the importance of the Discord. So when I opened my account in September I didn't use it at all, but thanks to my sister-in-law's insistence and the fact that I had a computer available, I decided to log in and investigate a little more.
Y gracias a esta iniciativa de novatos, he aprendido todo lo que anteriormente no sabia, por eso agradezco mucho a sus creadores, porque me ayudaron a entender mucho más esta plataforma.

Esta iniciativa me cayo como anillo al dedo, porque ahora puedo decir que conozco y entiendo mucho más a Hive, como que son las DApps, que es un HBI, que es un poder de voto, como públicar un video en 3Speak, como publicar en la comunidad correcta, como delegar a otra persona o comunidad, como darme a conocer con otros usuarios, como participar en la Discord, también empece a trabajar mucho más con Photoshop para crear mis cintillos y editar mis imágenes.
This initiative fell like a glove, because now I can say that I know and understand Hive much more, like what are the DApps, what is a HBI, what is a voting power, how to publish a video in 3Speak, how to publish in the right community, how to delegate to another person or community, how to make myself known to other users, how to participate in the Discord, I also started to work much more with Photoshop to create my ribbons and edit my images.
Y ahora que he aprendido tanto, puedo hacer lo mismo que hicieron por mi, ayudar a otros nuevos usuarios a conocer más a Hive y ayudarlos a que su camino y crecimiento aquí sea mucho más fácil. Por que a veces por no conocer, terminas cometiendo errores.
And now that I have learned so much, I can do the same thing they did for me, help other new users to know more about Hive and help them to make their path and growth here much easier. Because sometimes by not knowing, you end up making mistakes.
Deben unirse, porque sin duda, van aprender mucho sobre como funciona Hiver, y como se debe trabajar en la plataforma, tanto para crecer, como para aprender a utilizar de manera correctas las herramientas, las comunidades, las etiquetas, los formatos, etc. Porque la idea es que se sientan cómodos y sepan como caminar dentro de ella. Y así pueden ver los beneficios que ofrece Hiver, también porque es una plataforma que les permite expresar sus talentos y aptitudes.

Y no puedo irme sin agradecer la oportunidad de poder ingresar en este lote de novatos de febrero, al principio tenia algo de pena, porque no sabría si lo podría lograr, pero gracias al animo de @starstrings01 @tripode, @aliento y la gente de #Smile pude lograr muchas cosas, y me voy con un horizonte mucho más amplio, lo cuál me va a permitir poder ayudar a los nuevos usuarios que lleguen a Hiver. ¡Gracias!
