200 Gladius Cases Opened 🎁 Found New Arbitrage For Vouchers 💱 New Changes Coming To Ranked Battles 🎮
I've got a really big highlight event! All the rewards from brawls and later chests got me here! I got 1000 Gladiator NFTs for me. These are soul bound. So there's not much to do than play. But that's cool. I can win more battles easily.
Journey is simple. Just go to shop page. There's a tab for guild items. If you haven't used up your Merits - there should be a lot to play around. If you are a new player or small player in Bronze/Silver you'll still be fine if you join a guild and play regularly.
Opening is pretty standard. Go to mana well and click on + sign. It give a option like this to select how many cases to open. I'm not gonna do 1 by 1. Imagine how long it'll take!
Cool part is when you open tons of cases it's going to keep popping those Legendary/Gold NFT. Even Epics look nice. There's some really cool stats for these NFTs. Actually best comes at start! Bloodlust can be a nightmare to deal with.
Later stats are really nice to have. But for many NFTs Bloodlust is the game changer. These have good health too. Normally other NFTs that are this awesome either have low health or at least high Mana cost. That's only true for some Gladiators ⚔️

It's another time I've got more legendary than epic. I'm honestly grateful for this. Most soul bound reward NFTs I have are at gold levels. Those level caps will be soon off. My expectation is better prices for NFTs in market.
What send prices 📈 is more demand. Just more players alone will send prices up. It doesn't matter of they rent or buy. If rents go up investors will buy more NFTs to rent. It's passive income for them. If its high prices to buy - of course buyers are going to ask for high DEC/Day when they list for rent 🎓

Think of old way of level caps. Players had to use bronze level NFTs when in bronze. With new system anyone can rent or buy maxed out monsters & summoners and at least climb to gold from bronze in 1 season. This is huge for new players who's got bit of cash/crypto to add to game.
These days lots of AAA games come at high price tag with bad quality. Players are used to spending a lot of money for games. So it won't be a tough sell to ask them to throw in $50 when they start out on game.
There will be one-click set rentals to allow new players to easily obtain a decent deck. Once player spend some $$$ it'll be easy for them to get a fun experience moving up leagues. Then they are more likely to like the experience and stick with Splinterlands.

SPS is gonna be very important to keep players around even when they don't like Splinterlands. Let's be honest folks. Not everyone is a hardcore player. Some are just gonna get bored after some time. Some people like different genres. There's so many other games trying to get attention.
This is when all the SPS rewards come to play. Anyone who play few matches should have some SPS. That mean they even get to vote in DAO. They become a part of community. Then they discover there's other games like Soulkeep.
There's airdrop for Arcade Colony. But that's asking for 5K SPS stake. That's actually not a huge number for an active player. Airdrop takes 5 years anyways......
Goal is to have a ecosystem that cater to all sorts of players. SPS can be the token that unify them. SPS doesn't need to be a part everywhere. It could be SPS get them to Colony. Then they find some other NFT to invest in. Eventually they figure out about GLX. Then they try out Genesis League Sports...... list can go on 😊
I'll drop 1 last tip. You're gonna love this 😎 1 Voucher = 1 DEC will be a part of new updates. It's just for buying more energy to do battles. I don't use this a lot. But there's demand for energy. There might be more after changes.
That's a huuuge difference. Can it work as peg? Not sure about that. Vouchers already kind of went up after news. But there could be more juice left. I don't expect Vouchers to hit exactly 100 DEC. More like what we see with DEC vs USD is what I expect.
That'll still be 2X at least. But not sure when it'll happen. I don't want to risk too much on this trade. What we can at least try is not sell Vouchers.
So many cool this have started. I feel very positive for 2024. It's like good times will be back again. Even if I loose my daily/season rewards after changes - it'll be a good for the whole community. At least that's my hope. So let's grow together and be the biggest game in web 3 AGAIN 🏁🏁🏁
