Friday is coming! For company workers, it's time to get a paycheck and have fun or keep the money for the future. I hope it happens to all company workers. I don't think it happens to my underclassmen.

Today, I heard my underclassmen are trying to resign from their jobs. The cause? From bad seniority to no work assigned, but can't do anything else. Well, sometimes a company is trying to make a good image to not lay off employees as much as possible. Even now, some companies are hiring more contracted employees rather than permanent employees. Good prospect, Passionate job, Good income, and Good work environment. People will try to work at a company like that. Of course, without much information on the company culture, People are seeing mostly on the good side. Bad things usually come from people, not the company.

I know that my underclassmen are good at their jobs without a problem, based on their achievements so far. But, it doesn't mean work is everything. I'm trying to not be involved with their choice of career but as long as they're trying to be independent and resign is the best choice for them. Then, it's good to go. I don't get the full story but it's more personal or culture problem as far as I know. Starting to become an employee in a company is easy, but reading the environment -> Getting into the culture -> Working more than you are tasked with isn't easy for some people.

Fact: They are forced indirectly by seniors or supervisors.
It's just my thinking... I think it's because of their bad habit 🤔. They can't stay low on what they are doing and their seniors or supervisors may think it as a threat. I remember sometimes one of them was arguing about his senior who didn't understand anything about what he was doing. Tho, he actually did what the clients needed 🤔. There's also a time when a supervisor forgot to give one of his tasks for 2 months (Deadline: 3 months -> 1 month).
I just hope they will find a better place with good people who can use their talent rightfully.

I'd say "find a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life." Besides, it's true. Sometimes it's not the work or the company itself but the people surrounding you. Some work places can admittedly be more toxic than others. ;) Enjoy your weekend!

It's good go hear that things are going well for you at that job, though it is disheartening to hear about those in the company that are not able to make. It work for them.
