#TouchGrass New Journey and New Finding

Today, I'm back with my friends and one of my friends already wants to get a deal price for her new home that she wants to buy. At first, we check the other places first the last comparison for her new house.

We're going to a residence with a bad first impression at first because there are so many cons for us. Look at the pre-sale phase 1 is already done with a good achievement for the developer. They are going to sell with the new house models. The new models look better than before and I think the developer looks at the cons from before and fixes them on the new models.

Well, the old model has a thin floor on the second floor with a mezzanine only called a 1.5-floor house. The new models already full of real floors, not just a mezzanine. A real 2-floor house has a price of almost 30% more than the old model. It's still affordable with the location and facilities.

It'll be a good comparison. After getting the details of the price and doing some sightseeing, we're going to lunch. Today's target is a restaurant called, Sumomatsu. Sumomatsu brings a chef from Japan with a good Katsu menu. The varieties for their katsus menu are Tonkatsu Don (Pork katsu), Gyukatsu Don (Beef Katsu), Torikatsu Don (Chicken Katsu), and Tori Nanban Don (Fried Chicken with Tartar Sauce). Sumomatsu also serves other than their specialties like Onigiri with Mentai sauce or Tartar sauce, Tamagoyaki with or without Mentai sauce, and Wakame salad. They have desserts like vanilla ice cream and matcha ice cream too.

I ordered Tonkatsu Don in Sumo size (Jumbo) and cold ocha. Sumo size gives me 200gr of rice and also 2 pork katsu instead of 1. I also got Tonkotsu sauce. The bowl is too big and the katsu covers everything. I separate a katsu into the small bowl and I see that I also got a fluffy omelette below the katsu and the rice is seasoned too. The pork katsu is crunchy and the meat is more than the flour. I can feel the tenderness with crunchy katsu skin from the outer side and soft from the inner side. Overall, the presentation of the katsu in Sumomatsu is better than others for Tonkatsu, Gyukatsu, and Tori Nanban while Torikatsu looks like same as the other restaurant (My friend tried the others). Well, the price is also higher than others so it's worth it so far.

Sadly, because it's still new there are waiting list to get the tables. Luckily, we're going there while the other bookers are gone. I think they aren't patient. We just waited around 15 minutes to get the tables. Some of my friends who already tried there need to wait around 1-2 hours just to get the tables before. Good food is worth waiting for. Well, I didn't have much time there as after we finished eating, there were so many people again in the queue and we had other schedules so I didn't try matcha ice cream and I got billed IDR 148,995 ~ US$9.55. After that, we went to a place that we ever visited before, and my friend compared and made a choice for her future home. Me? I'm still collecting the money... Not enough for now. My friend is ready and just waits for the best time to get a good house position available to buy.

It's a full-day activity and I'm back at home around 09:00 PM. Do some hunting... Ready for work tomorrow and rest for a good new week.
