Despite all circumstances, Language has surely become a barrier to communication especially in business. While some say that learning a language isn't useful and doesn't have a bright future, some people use language for business purposes.

Translator jobs are not well in my country except for big companies. So, it depends on the fresh graduate. If they don't get a job as a translator, they should think of that ability for other jobs. Working in a company is just one way to use multilingual skills.

I know how hard it is for a Chinese colleague of mine to communicate, except with translator.
And using translator can be slow in effective communication.
