🍹Refreshing Orange Papaya Carrot Smoothie

Hello foodie🫶, I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a recipe of amazing smoothie. This Orange Papaya Carrot Smoothie is not just a drink but a burst of freshness in every sip. Let's make the smoothie together.

Ingredients:
✨✨✨✨✨✨
🌼 1 cup ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
🌼 1 large oranges, peeled and segmented
🌼 1 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
🌼 1/4 inch piece of ginger
🌼 1 cup of cold water
🌼 Honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Preparation
✨✨✨✨✨✨
🌜 Wash, peel, and seed the papaya. Mash or blend it separately until smooth.

🌜Wash and chop the oranges, and carrots into manageable pieces. In a blender, combine the chopped ginger ,oranges, and chopped carrots. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can Add the cold water or coconut water.

🌜Then strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.


🌜In a glass combine the blended papaya and strained orange and carrot juice.Stir well to combine.Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding honey. I don't usually add honey, but when I give smoothies to children, I mix it in.

🌜 Pour the smoothie into glasses over ice cubes if desired. Garnish with a slice of orange .
