Hello friends! I hope you're all doing well and staying healthy. Today, I'm excited to share my go-to Poha recipe – a dish that's not only delicious but also incredibly easy to prepare. Let's dive into the simple steps to whip up this delightful meal!

Ingredients:

1 cup flattened rice (Poha)

1 onion🧅 finely chopped

1 tomato🍅 diced

3 green chilies chopped

1/2 cup peanut 🥜

1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Curry leaves for flavor

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste
Fresh coriander

1 Lemon 🍋

Preparation

Rinse the Poha under cold water and set aside.

In a pan, dry roast the peanuts until golden brown. Keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter.

Add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and onions. Sauté until onions are golden brown.

Add diced tomatoes and cook until they soften.


Add turmeric powder and salt, mixing everything well.

Now, add the rinsed Poha to the pan and gently mix to coat it with the flavorful spices.

Mix in the roasted peanuts and garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve
Dish out the Poha onto plates, and serve with a squeeze of lemon for that extra zing
