Indian Roti Veg Roll Recipe

Hello hiver, i hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a veg roll recipe.
Ingredients
πŸ€ Mayonnaise

πŸ€ Chopped veggies (Onion, carrot , capsicum, cabbage , cucumber)


πŸ€ Cheese cube


πŸ€Tomato sauce 1/2 tsp
πŸ€ red chilli sauce
πŸ€ oregano

πŸ€black paper
πŸ€ Butter 🧈
Methods preparationπŸ“

First, make the roti.

Then, take a bowl, add mayonnaise, and mix in oregano, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and black pepper. Add veggies and mix well.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each roti.Place a portion of the Mayo veggies on one end of the roti.



Place the cheese on top of the veggies.

Roll the roti tightly, enclosing the vegetables.


Heat the pan and on a medium flame, lightly toast the roti on both sides with a little butter.


Serve the Roti Veg Rolls with sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.

wow, indian style home made Frankie... my mother also made it in a same way ....

That looks very tasty! Is roti made the same way as chapati, with flour, water, salt, oil only, or does it have any other ingredients?
