☘️ Delicious bottle gourd and soyabean curry ☘️

Hello foodies, I hope you are happy and healthy. Today i will share a recipe of bottle gourd and soyabean curry.Bottle Gourd and Soybean Curry recipe that's packed with goodness and taste. This simple yet satisfying curry is perfect for a wholesome meal. Lets make it-

🧑‍🍳 INGREDIENTS 🌿

🌻 1 medium-sized bottle gourd (lauki), peeled and cubed

🌻 1/2 cup soybeans, soaked for at least 4-6 hours / Boil it until it becomes soft

🌻 2 medium-sized tomatoes

🌻1 onion, chopped

🌻 2-3 green chilies, chopped

🌻 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

🌻 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
🌻 1 teaspoon dry mango powder

🌻 Salt to taste
🌻 2 tablespoons cooking oil
🌻 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

PREPARATION METHOD 🧑‍🍳✍️

Wash and peel the bottle gourd. Cut it into small cubes and set aside.


Soak soybeans at least 4-6 hours. Drain the water and finely chop it using a chopper.


Finely chop the tomatoes and onions. And copped green chilies .

Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add cumin seeds . Allow them to splutter.

Add chopped onions and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown


Now add bottle gourd cubes mix well.

Add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes,green chilli and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add soaked soybeans and Mix everything together.


Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 2 whistles on medium heat.

Once the pressure releases naturally, open the lid carefully.
Check the consistency of the curry.If there is excess water in the curry, then roast it and dry its water. Here is the prepared bottle gourd and soybean curry.


Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves Serve hot with chapatis or rice
