Cabbage and paneer medley

Hello dear hiver and foodie welcome back to our virtual kitchen, where flavors come to life. I am thrilled to embark on this delicious journey with each and every one of you.today i am exited to share a recipe for cottage cheese or cabbage curry Let's dive in to the simple steps of creating this delectable indian dish.
Ingredients -
Cabbage 🥬 chopped

Green Peas 🫛

Paneer ( cottage cheese)

Carrot 🥕 chopped

Capsicum 🫑 chopped

Tomato 🍅 chopped

Onion 🧅 chopped

Garlic or ginger

Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Preparation
Please grind garlic, ginger, or onion into a paste.


saute the cabbage in a little oil.


Now, heat oil in the pressure cooker, temper it with cumin seeds, and sauté the ground paste, red chilli powder, coriader powder , turmeric powder and tomato until it's well cooked.


Add carrots, capsicum, and green peas mix well and saute.


Then combine cabbage with the mixture add a little water, and let it whistle once.


Open the cooker, transfer the vegetables to a pan, and add paneer cubes to it. Saute them together.


"The mixed vegetable dish is ready to serve. Serve it with roti."
