Yeah i know, spamming is bad thing to do, but you know some times you must spam something you believe it's worth. Pi Network (πi) is that kind, smart brainers from Stanford PhD developed it and offered to us people.
Im using the app for a year now and i have almost 6K Pi coins, from what i know they plan to list the coin to some exchanges this year, so it will be tradable in 2021 to see how it will perform, i quite positive to a price range over a dollar.

Built on Stellar consensus Algorithm
Pi uses the other type of consensus algorithms and is based on the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) and an algorithm called Federated Byzantine Agreement (FBA). Such algorithms don’t have energy waste but they require exchanging many network messages in order for the nodes to come to “consensus” on what the next block should be.

I am afraid there is no such thing as "mining from your phone".
They will ask you to send them your passport (KYC) to transfer your "coins" from the "testnet" to "mainnet".
There are so many meaningless words in the above sentence within the Pi project, but the most important is that they have 0 reason for KYC, other than collecting millions of passport photos and sell them on the dark web.
Millions will suffer from impersonation...
