Empatía es colocarse los zapatos de los otros, pero decirlo no es tan sencillo como suena, pero quiero contarles una experiencia en este tema el cual servirá para ejemplificar el tema de este martes en el Programa de Talentos, el cual dirige nuestra amiga @angelica7.

Siempre conté lo difícil que fue mudarme a Valencia y como me afectó emocionalmente, pero luego de un años ya me iba sintiendo mejor, fue entonces donde me encontré con un amigo de Apure mi tierra natal, me contó que su hija tenía poco tiempo y que contar con alguien conocido le haría sentir tranquilo, en caso de cualquier emergencia, así fue como conocí a María Teresa.

Ella una joven soñadora, que viene abrirse caminos en la gran ciudad, pero se enfrenta a una separación del núcleo familiar, así que sentir empatía por ella me fue un poco más sencillo porque recientemente pase por ese tipo de emociones entre las cuales la prioritaria era la soledad.

Una vez me contó mi amiga María Teresa que ella sintió que no pertenecía Apure, le conté como también pase por ese tipo de sentimientos, al parecer no extrañamos el lugar sino las personas, así que regresar no solo movió sentimientos de nostalgia, queriendo aferrarnos a un pasado que no regresará.

Entonces tener empatía por otros, te ayuda a entender lo que está pasando en su interior y te sirve para dar apoyo en momentos difíciles, así que esto fue el inicio de una gran amistad, a pesar que somos bastante diferentes, nos identificamos en el sentir y las emociones.

Con el tema de la luz, María Teresa duro mucho tiempo sin este servicio, así que imaginarme las noches de calor y soledad, la invite a pasar en mi hogar unos días, lo cual no solo fortaleció la amistad, sino que dió paz a sus padres que estando tan lejos no podían ayudar a resolver los problemas de su hija, pero tener una mano amiga cerca nos fortalece.

Tener empatía no es fácil, pero yo soy muy sensible ante la situaciones de vulnerabilidad, me gusta sentir lo que siente, para poder interceder por esa persona en oración pues fácil es decirlo de palabra pero de corazón, solo aquel que está dispuesto emocional y espiritualmente a querer ayudar a otros.

María Teresa fue acogida no solo por mi, sino por mi familia, vamos a la iglesia juntas, nos apoyamos, paseamos, así fue creciendo una linda amistad, que surgió por ser empático ante una situación de vulnerabilidad.

Aunque ya podemos decir que superamos lo más difícil de una separación en el seno familiar, vivirlo en el momento es algo difícil, pues la soledad, los cambios estructurales y sociales, nos hacen sentir inseguros, principalmente en momentos tan especiales como cumpleaños, u otras situaciones, pero sentir que alguien esta a tu lado apoyándote es una gran satisfacción.

Joubert, también es de Apure, así que hemos organizados algunas salidas juntos, para apoyarnos emocionalmente y hacer saber que puede contar con nosotros en todo momento, el nos contó que en un cumpleaños le tocó estar solo, para nosotros fue difícil imaginar esa situación, pero ahora esperemos que no le vuelva a pasar, porque debemos ser empáticos con aquellos que vienen dejando atrás una vida.

No puedo imaginar lo difícil para aquellos que ser han ido del país, pero si puedo decir que es difícil dejar atrás una historia y una vida pero la empatía con otros me sigue haciendo crecer mi lista de amigos.

Once my friend Maria Teresa told me that she felt that she did not belong in Apure, I told her how I also went through that kind of feelings, apparently we do not miss the place but the people, so returning not only moved feelings of nostalgia, wanting to cling to a past that will not return.

So having empathy for others, helps you to understand what is going on inside them and helps you to give support in difficult moments, so this was the beginning of a great friendship, even though we are quite different, we identify each other in feelings and emotions.

With the issue of light, Maria Teresa had a long time without this service, so imagining the nights of heat and loneliness, I invited her to spend a few days in my home, which not only strengthened the friendship, but gave peace to her parents who being so far away could not help solve the problems of their daughter, but having a helping hand near strengthens us.

Having empathy is not easy, but I am very sensitive to situations of vulnerability, I like to feel what they feel, to be able to intercede for that person in prayer because it is easy to say it in words but in the heart, only those who are emotionally and spiritually willing to want to help others.

Maria Teresa was welcomed not only by me, but also by my family, we go to church together, we support each other, we go for walks, so a beautiful friendship was growing, which arose by being empathetic to a situation of vulnerability.

Although we can already say that we have overcome the most difficult part of a separation within the family, living it at the moment is something difficult, because loneliness, structural and social changes, make us feel insecure, especially in special moments such as birthdays, or other situations, but feeling that someone is by your side supporting you is a great satisfaction.

Joubert, is also from Apure, so we have organized some outings together, to support us emotionally and to let us know that he can count on us at all times, he told us that on a birthday he had to be alone, for us it was difficult to imagine that situation, but now we hope that it will not happen again, because we must be empathetic with those who come leaving a life behind.

I can't imagine how difficult it is for those who have left the country, but I can say that it is difficult to leave behind a history and a life but empathy with others continues to grow my list of friends.
