What's for Dinner Bro?

Hey Bro whats for dinner? Well, today we will be having 2 T bone steaks and TriTip. Here are my picture of the making of the 2 T bones and tri tip steaks.

My wife marinated these. I got to pay attention becaus the flavouring is just awesome, but she won't give me the secret. She will not allow me to have the title of TopG in BBQ. It's ok because she make me the Top G everyday.

Here they go in BBQ. Now in my BBQ (I admit I prefer the coal kind of heat), I have 5 burner knobs. the 2 outside i put on full, 2 inside ones I keep on medium, and that centre one is shut off, no fire needed on my meat, no not that meat lol.

You are seeing here are the 2 T bone steaks in between a tri tip. I recently got introduced to tri tip as i never had it or at least didn't know i was having it until 2 years ago, yup summer of 2021. Now I buy it everytime i see it on sale.

This is my propane gas BBQ, I prefer charcoal but propane is also good.

Yup its 400 degree celcious. I need it hotter, we wait.

They say the drain the animal of its blood. Is that blood spot? It's not blood, its water and myoglobin when the water and myoglobin mix with air it turns red as blood. Who cares I am going to enjoy it as I eat it.

Here they are being BBQ'ed they are starting to get me watering my mouth, I am drooling as they cook, could I already be hungry?

Damn that looks good. I probably can eat this picture and get full, lol.

And the T bones are done. I know i will enjoy one of them.

I do like the burn marks on my steaks. As long as it not all burnt, and that inside still has some pink in it. Yes I am rare medium for me. But truthfully I can eat them any way just not raw.

And now the tri tip.

Picture not turning out right in here at ctptalk. Ya I had to leave it a little long than the steaks. Its really thick in size. But I got it done and they were all delicious. I did have a great meal today.

Thanks to my wife for the awesome marinate, and thanks to me for cooking it.

Oh ya how can I forget about the appetizer while I was BBQ'ing those 2 T bone steaks with a Tri Tip.

Heated Mozzarella ball and baguette bread. It's delicious.

It was delicious my friend. Summertime is here and I will be doing more BBQ's. Only depends on how many beers I drink before I start cooking. Usually, I forget to take pictures when drinking and BBQing. I love summer.

In a strange way although quite unpopular in my area I love summers too and it is not the BBQ I like about it; it is in fact the cold drinks that come with the summer time like ice cold milkshakes, slushes and ice cream I love them so much.
