My Portuguese Canadian Baguettes

Yesterday I was in the mood for some fresh mozzarella cheese ball. So I made these French baguettes. Ya, I know I called it Portuguese Canadian baguettes because I am a Portuguese Canadian. The baguette was so good that I may have some more again today for lunch.
I enjoy the fresh mozzarella ball a lot. Do you enjoy it. I only know of of this way to eat the french baguette. Anyone else enjoy the bread when eaten with something else. Give me some ideas so I can try them.
Here is how my bread turned out. And I did enjoy one yesterday with my fresh mozzarella cheese ball.
