Hello friends, how are you?

Over the last few weeks, we've been seeing more people becoming Premium subscribers, and that's really exciting! We currently have 271 subscribers and are almost reaching the 300 mark, we are confident that we will reach this goal by the end of this month.

However, there is a growing concern about the lack of interaction on longer posts in my opinion, despite that even with the good engagement we have on threads. It is crucial to recognize the importance of active member interaction to the growth and vitality of our community.



It is something “normal” on the platform to see relevant posts from people with a good reputation, but there are almost no comments that can add and complement the subject of the article, what I see most of the time are just comments from voting bots and barely a or two organic comments. Something wrong is happening and in my experience, it has been going on for a long time.

I have always seen the Leo community as one of the most united within the Hive ecosystem. It was for this reason that, with the launch of the tribes and, consequently, the communities we have today, I decided that LeoFinance (today InLeo) would be my home.

I have no doubt that I made the right decision. For me, it is extremely rewarding to maintain friendships with incredible people that I have met and continue to meet here. All of this is the result of interaction, the result of my active participation over the years I spent on this platform.

Content Diversity at InLeo


Of course, receiving generous upvotes is always rewarding, but for me, interaction is the most important aspect. Upvotes are a natural consequence of your engagement, regardless of the niche you decide to get involved in within InLeo. For those who don't know yet, you can share your incredible content in several communities available here, just continue using the InLeo frontend.

For those who are at the beginning of their journey through posts, know that if your articles don't receive visits from readers, it's because they don't know your content. A simple and practical way is to start finding people who are actively connected to the same niche as yours and then exchange ideas.

A practical example is the Party room, because through this daily Threadcast, I have already met new friends and, between exchanging knowledge and learning, we have already done incredible things such as inclusion alternatives for those who are not fluent in English, a way to create a playlist adding all the songs with evaluation, without forgetting other article topics that we inspire each other to create.

It's gratifying to see that some people, like @tengolotodo.leo, already notice the lack of involvement within the InLeo platform. We need to create alternatives so that, despite being difficult, we can find ways to reduce this lack of engagement between people in posts.

Conclusion


Therefore, it is important to keep in mind that a strengthened community is through interaction, our involvement needs to go beyond upvotes. It is our exchange of ideas, constructive dialogues and active participation that truly drive the growth and vitality of the platform. We need to be engaged to make the InLeo ecosystem a space that supports and grows together with each member here.

Nas últimas semanas, estamos vendo mais pessoas se tornando assinantes Premium, e isso é muito empolgante! Atualmente, temos 271 assinantes e estamos quase alcançando a marca de 300, estamos confiantes de que alcançaremos essa meta até o final deste mês.

No entanto, há uma preocupação crescente com a falta de interação em postagens mais longas na minha opinião, apesar de que mesmo com o bom engajamento que temos nas threads. É crucial reconhecer a importância da interação ativa dos membros para o crescimento e a vitalidade de nossa comunidade.

É algo “normal” na plataforma vermos posts relevantes de pessoas com boa reputação, mas que quase não existe algum comentário que possa agregar e complementar o assunto do artigo, o que vejo na maioria das vezes são apenas comentários de bots de votação e mal um ou dois comentários orgânicos. Alguma coisa de errado está acontecendo e pela minha experiência, isso já vem de um longo tempo.

Sempre enxerguei a comunidade Leo como uma das mais unidas dentro do ecossistema Hive. Foi por essa razão que, com o lançamento das tribos e, consequentemente, das comunidades que temos hoje, decidi que a LeoFinance (hoje InLeo) seria minha casa.
Não tenho nenhuma dúvida de que tomei a decisão certa. Para mim, é extremamente gratificante manter a amizade com pessoas incríveis que conheci e continuo conhecendo por aqui. Tudo isso é resultado da interação, fruto da minha participação ativa ao longo dos anos que passei nesta plataforma.

Diversidade de Conteúdo na InLeo


É claro que receber upvotes generosos é sempre gratificante, mas para mim, a interação é o aspecto mais importante. Os upvotes são uma consequência natural do seu engajamento, independentemente do nicho em que você decida se envolver dentro da InLeo. Para quem ainda não sabe, é possível compartilhar seus conteúdos incríveis em diversas comunidades disponíveis aqui, basta continuar utilizando o frontend InLeo.

Para quem está no início de sua jornada através dos posts, saiba que se seus artigos não recebem visitas de leitores, é porque eles não conhecem o seu conteúdo. Uma maneira simples e prática é você começar a encontrar pessoas que são ativamente conectados com o mesmo nicho que o seu e em seguida trocar ideias.

Um exemplo prático é o Party room, pois através desse Threadcast diário, já conheci novos amigos e entre trocas de conhecimento e aprendizado, nós já realizamos coisas incríveis como alternativas de inclusão para quem não é fluente em inglês, uma forma de criar playlist adicionando todas as músicas com avaliação, sem esquecer de outros temas de artigos que inspiramos uns aos outros a criar.

É gratificante ver que algumas pessoas como @tengolotodo.leo, já percebe a falta de envolvimento dentro da plataforma InLeo. É preciso criarmos alternativas para que isso apesar de ser difícil, que nos possa encontrar caminhos para diminuir essa falta de envolvimento entre as pessoas nos posts.

Portanto é importante ter em mente que uma comunidade fortalecida é por meio da interação, nosso envolvimento precisa ser além upvotes. É a nossa troca de ideias, os diálogos construtivos e a participação ativa que verdadeiramente impulsionam o crescimento e a vitalidade da plataforma. Precisamos estar engajados para tornar o ecossistema InLeo em um espaço que apoia e cresce junto com cada membro aqui.

Oh I love this, I will be commenting on as many long form posts that are published with InLEO as possible.

We have the potential for evergreen rewards if we get views, so we need to opening these long form posts up and engaging, building this community up!

Tengo, you are absolutely right. Things will only start to happen if we start now.

We need to get more involved as the InLeo community grows every day.

We also have to value the people who are arriving now and who have not yet signed up for their Premium subscription. I've been asked what to do and I said that through content creation and interaction, it is possible to earn 10 HBD to subscribe.

Everyone needs to be welcomed to feel motivated and special. Let's go in search of this prosperity, I know the road is long, but together we will make a difference.

Pior que eu tenho dado mais atenção para as threads mesmo, os posts longos já é meio que cultural não ter muitos comentários, apesar de que uma vez ou outra eu tento dar uma atenção também, mas como dizem, o conteúdo rápido é realmente viciante.

Precisamos de alguma forma tentar melhor isso, mas é complicado, não vejo uma solução fácil a não ser tentar mudar a mentalidade das pessoas ou algo assim.

Eu fazia antes alguns concursos, às vezes dava em média 10 comentários e era legal. Pretendo fazer isso novamente, pois o que quero mostrar para todos é que hoje com as visualizações de páginas (Evergreen) com suas recompensas perenes, é possível termos mais maneiras para ganharmos $LEO.

Sei que não é uma tarefa fácil, mas se cada um puder fazer sua parte, acredito que teremos um interessante começo.
