Splinterlands | Super Sneak Challenge
The Super Sneak Game Rule where all Melee Monsters get Sneak Damage is a very interesting one as there are generally 2 ways to go about it which are
- Fully play into this only fielding Melee Monsters possibly with Thorns / Inspire / Demorilize abilities
- Fully go Magic Which generally counters Melee the best.
Generally, I tend to go the most straightforward way but I notice that I often get countered ending up as the loser in these encounters. This was also the case in the battle for this post.
Right now in Splinterlands especially when you have a lot of cards, and I went way too straightforward on this line-up while my opponent (likely boy or battle-helper). I used my Camila Sungazer Dragon Summoner since it gave no benefts aside from the fact it only cost 3 Mana while allowing Dagon Monsters. The Djinn Chwala tends to be a good monster with these rules which I played as my tank followed by the Vruz in hope that it to increase the stats of the monsters alongside it. In anticipation for my opponent also to play Melee monsters and because of the Inspire, I played the Demented Shark in 3rd spot. The Disintegrator also tends to be good in this game rule and I got it today actually from level 6 to Level 7. In last place I played the Spineback Turtle as a 3rd monster with Thorns Abililty.
Basically, I totally got outplayed by my opponet who had some smart tactics playing Mainly magic as a way to deal with the extra armor. The Venari Marksrat placed in 2nd last position inbeteen 2 monsters with that last one having the Camouflage Ability also was a great play along with the Cursed Windeku as main tank.
