Playoffs Week 6 Friday | Eupen vs Charleroi

The league is back already with week 6 and unlike many years in the past, I'm nowhere near burned out with it still having a ton of fun following the playoffs. There is 1 very interesting Playdown match tonight which I believe there is an edge on and I also already have an early bet for the weekend shared on Discord (see below).

Eupen vs Charleroi

Eupen currently is last with 5 points behind on a potentials spot to play a final match to maybe still in the league so their situation is quite hopeless especially since their play also just hasn't been the best. Theor owners also don't really mind that much if they would be relegated as the team is there mostly as a vehicle to transfer players. They played a fortunate 1-1 against Kortrijk at home, there was an exaggerated 3-1 loss against RWDM in a match with many penalties and a 0-1 loss against Charleroi last week. Basically, for Eupen, this match is a 100% must win so risks need to be taken if they want to stay in the running. At the same time, when they lose it's pretty much over so a total collapse let down is also an option in this one. Charleroi struggled all season despite having a team with enough quality. Things have gotten a lot more positive for them since they got a new coach, they still were quite nervous after seeing RWDM getting closer but the 1-0 deserved win over Eupen last week should have fully set them free. Today they are in a situation where if they win they are 100% sure mathematically to stay in the league. I expect a match where for both teams the drive to win will be bigger than the fear to lose given that Eupen needs a win and Charleroi is 100% safe win a win. I do see an edge on Charleroi who are in a better flow and who are the better team. I took 0.3 units on Over 2.25 @ 2.052, 0.2 units on Charleroi -0.75 @ 2.701, 0.05 units on Charleroi -1.5 @ 4.810, 0.069 units on Charleroi Team Total Over 1.5 @ 2.46 all with an eye to possibly add on the stake in-game if my thoughts are confirmed. I also took a 50$ crypto bet on Heymans to score @ 3.850 over at Rollbit. In every match he's getting his chances and last week he could have scored more.
