An important evening for Belgian Football as 4 more teams are able to qualify for European football after Antwerp reached the Champions League last night.
APOEL vs AA Gent
AA Gent (83M) last week took a deserved win (2-0) based on stats but it easily could have been left with a 0-0 draw. This 2-0 Lead should be enough not to get in trouble against APOEL (14M). The weather conditions will be hot and the stadium is sold out with 17k fans. Last season they were in a similar situation in the final qualification round with a 3-0 loss in the first match and a strong start in their home game where they quickly made 2-0 to finish the match with a 3-2 score in the end. So likely the home team will try to start strong at home with their fans behind them and the mission of AA Gent will be to survive that and maybe get a goal in on the counter. I see it unlikely AA Gent to not qualify today as they have a lot bigger budget and a team that always manages to score one way or another with a goal that can come at any time from them. My eye mainly is set on AA Gent Team total Over and I'm hoping to get in fairly early in the game if things start out with Apoel pushing. For now,

Demirsport vs Genk
Genk (126M) started the match last week with quite some missings and still seem to be without Cuesta while Tresor is injured and Paintsil is suspended. Heynen is back but he likely will start on the bench after his injury. The match last week ended in a 2-1 win which was quite fortunate for them with 2 late goals. They still are not in their best form and they are a team in doubt and vulnerable on counters. Today there will be really hot weather condition is Demirspor (37M) and the last team playing there Osijek (17M) ended up not being able to handle those conditions with a 5-1 loss. Overall Genk is playing ok but they have just not been efficient with their chances. They screwed up the CL Qaulifier & EL Qualifiers both against teams where they were the ones with more quality so it will be a matter of breaking this pattern today. With the missings and the weather conditions, I'm not quite sure it will be that easy. I'm just going to wait and see how the match goes

Lugano vs Union SG
Union (32M) played a good match last week taking a deserved 2-0 win in the end against Lugano (24M) putting them in an excellent place to qualify for the Europa League tonight. They also are the favorite tonight with a -0.25 line. I'm still not sure I'm 100% able to trust Union as they have an entirely new team compared to last season. Even if they lose today they still will go the the Conference league so there isn't all too much paralysing pressure which makes me lean toward the over as Lugano can take risks which they will have to do at some point. At the same time, the stadion will be quite empty. Another match where I will just wait and see how it goes.

Club Brugge vs Osasuna
Club Brugge (135M) had a difficult match last week against Osasuna (137M) as the general level of place was higher compared to what they were used. Somehow they still were able to get a 1-2 away win as Osasuna failed to translate their dominance into goals. Based on the quality ad budget of both teams it is a quite close encounter and I don't rule out Club Brugge being eliminated. This might turn out in one of those matches where neither team is willing to take risks right from the start as 0-0 is good for Club Brugge and 0-1 is good for Osasuna who want to avoind getting a goal against as that means they need to score 2. I like the odds one the 1 goal away win and took just 0.047 units on
Osasune to win by 1 @ 5.370. I'm also thinking about 'More Goals in 2nd Half' and might take a small bet on that even though I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
