As many as 25 seeded players have either got defeated or withdrawn from French Open Tennis 2021 as the Fourth round matches are going on for Men's Singles Title with Rafael Nadal and Novak DJokovic still going stronger.

We can see from above screenshot that, Third seed Nadal, Top ranked Djokovic, Second seed Daniil Medvedev, Fifth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas, Sixth seed Alexander Zverev, Ninth seed Matteo Berrettini and Tenth seed Diego Schwartzman are the ONLY remaining seeds even before pre-quarterfinal matches starts!!!!
Roger Federer was going stronger with each match until he withdrew yesterday before his Fourth round match against Ninth seed Matteo Berrettini and the reason seems to be like he wants to prepare for the Wimbledon, which is one of the favorite tournaments for him with 8 Men's singles titles there.

Women's Singles:

Women's Singles seeded players have fared worse than men's singles seeds as 6 players out of 33 seeded players remain in title contention with Iga Swiatech, the Eight seed being the highest seeded player remaining by the Fourth round. Other players remaining from the 33 seeds includes Seventeenth seed Maria Sakkari, Twenty First seed Elena Rybakina, Twenty Fourth seed and young player Coco Gauff, Thirty First seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova and Thirty Third seed Paula Badosa.
Maria Sakkari seems to be enjoying her play and now, she is one of the favorites to win the tournament.
Elena Rybakina ousted Seventh seed and former champion Serena Williams in the Fourth round match and with top seed Ashleigh Barty and Second seed Naomi Osaka withdrawing, the tournament looks dull for Women's singles title, but, this is an opportunity for remaining players to lift their First French Open title.
Meanwhile, Maria Sakkari became the First Greece player to reach the last 8 in open era at Roland Garros and it's also her First career Grand slam quarterfinal appearance.

Rafael Nadal will be more confident to defend his title with only few seeded players left in the tournament draw and he is a fighter and will definitely ply better against the likes of Djokovic, Zverev and others.
In the women's singles, definitely Maria Sakkari and Iga Swiatech fancy their chances to win their First title.
It's also a big chance for young Coco Gauff to make it into last 4 or better with many are already back in the hut.

I put my money once again on Rafael Nadal to win his Fourteenth title at Roland Garros as he looks calmer and confident than many other players and it's not simply he is called King of Clay, isn't it?
