A Tour With A Student With Bicycle

It's so nice taking a stroll with my student during the weekend. We lived in the same area, and so he had two bicycles. I took one from him and told him to set a day for touring round the small city named Epe, in Lagos State of Nigeria. It was just like a joke, we entered the city. We started from our street as the whole roads were tarred.

We started something in the evening (5:30pm). As we were cycling, we later got a change of mind to cycle around the former governor's abode, which was a little far from our area but just a few kilometres.

We cycled through the former governor's abode and were so happy with our journey. We only wanted to make it fun, but the fun was becoming so interesting. Passing through that route was something we were amazed in. Although, as large as the route, there was no single bicycle around.
Bicycles are not much hear, most, especially where I reside.

We later burst out of the major road. There are different route to get out to the governor's abode, but we decided to take the last route, which would be the best way out to reach our destination. It's just like a circle from where we started from.

We drove for fifteen minutes to the last route. There was no need for drinking water as we were not tasty. Although, new were sweating seriously after getting to the last road.

We later passed through the major road. On the major road, we need to make an U-turn before reaching our destination. We got to our destination when it was 20 mins. At this junction, we had to take chilled water just to calm our taste. My student has been cycling for some time now, not to me, it's my first time after years of cycling. Once a soldier is always a soldier. I was once a rider, and now still a rider, except for the fact that I can't go for a further distance from where we got to. I was exhausted and I do want to go for a ride another day and even farther than the one we had cycled. It's a good thing we had exercised our body.

Since it's been a long I cycled like this, I was tired and just relaxed for sometime before getting myself.

Cycling is not an easy task, but it is easier than motorcycles and vehicles.
