Step by step into a new year

The year 2023 was an emotional rollercoaster ride, full of challenges, overexertion and health lows. A year that I would now like to bring to a close in order to start a hopeful, healthy and more fulfilling 2024 step by step.

In the coming year, I want to prepare for the BMW Berlin Marathon. As soon as my health allows, I will resume my training. But between the years, I will pause to become clearer about what I want to prioritize for myself in 2024.

A key goal will be my professional development. I will think about the direction I want to take and the steps I need to take to get there. I will also realign my goals for this blog. How often do I want to publish articles? What goals am I pursuing - be it in terms of upvotes, engagement or followers? I want to analyze these questions in detail and set clear goals for myself.

A detailed analysis of my December and the entire HIVE year 2023 will follow - stay tuned! At the moment, however, it is particularly important for me to reflect on where I want to go professionally and privately. I will plan the next steps and tackle each of these steps persistently and one by one. The goal is firmly in sight!

Schritt für Schritt in ein neues Jahr

Das Jahr 2023 war eine emotionale Achterbahnfahrt, durchzogen von Herausforderungen, Überanstrengungen und gesundheitlichen Tiefpunkten. Ein Jahr, das ich nun abschließen möchte, um Schritt für Schritt in ein hoffnungsvolles, gesundes und erfüllteres 2024 zu starten.

In diesem kommenden Jahr möchte ich mich auf den BMW Berlin Marathon vorbereiten. Sobald meine Gesundheit es erlaubt, werde ich mein Training wieder aufnehmen. Doch zwischen den Jahren werde ich innehalten, um mir klarer darüber zu werden, welche Prioritäten ich 2024 für mich setzen möchte.

Ein zentrales Ziel wird meine berufliche Entwicklung sein. Ich werde mir überlegen, in welche Richtung ich mich bewegen möchte und welche Schritte notwendig sind, um dorthin zu gelangen. Ebenso werde ich meine Ziele für diesen Blog neu ausrichten. Wie oft möchte ich Artikel veröffentlichen? Welche Ziele verfolge ich damit – sei es in Bezug auf Upvotes, Engagement oder Follower? Diese Fragen möchte ich detailliert analysieren und klare Ziele für mich setzen.

Eine ausführliche Analyse meines Dezembers und des gesamten HIVE-Jahres 2023 wird folgen – bleibt gespannt! Doch aktuell ist es für mich vor allem wichtig, zu reflektieren, wohin die Reise beruflich und privat gehen soll. Ich werde die nächsten Schritte planen und jeden dieser Schritte beharrlich und einem nach dem anderen angehen. Das ziel fest im Blick!
