Selfie Saturday: Off to new sporting challenges!

After an eventful week full of activities, I don't allow myself a break at the weekend either. Preparations for the Berlin Marathon are in full swing and every training session counts. Fortunately, the weather is playing along, not too cold and not too warm - perfect conditions for outdoor exercise.

However, I can still feel the strain in my legs from yesterday's ballet training. But no excuses! With a strong will and the right attitude, it's time to get going: Eyes closed and through.

Selfie Saturday: Auf zu neuen sportlichen Herausforderungen!

Nach einer ereignisreichen Woche voller Aktivitäten gönne ich mir auch am Wochenende keine Pause. Die Vorbereitungen für den Berlin-Marathon laufen auf Hochtouren, und jede Trainingseinheit zählt. Das Wetter spielt glücklicherweise mit, nicht zu kalt und nicht zu warm - perfekte Bedingungen für eine sportliche Betätigung im Freien.

Allerdings spüre ich noch die Anstrengungen vom gestrigen Balletttraining in meinen Beinen. Doch keine Ausreden! Mit einem festen Willen und der richtigen Einstellung heißt es jetzt: Augen zu und durch.

Wer von euch ist heute auch sportlich aktiv? Egal ob Laufen, Radfahren, Yoga oder eine andere Sportart - lasst uns gemeinsam motiviert sein und uns gegenseitig zu neuen Höchstleistungen anspornen!
