Marlene Bear in front of the InterContinental: a Buddy Bear with style and history

I've already told you about the Buddy Bears that you can find at every turn in the city. One of them recently "crossed my path" again, namely the "Marlene Bear", which takes its place quite stately in front of the InterContinental in Mitte.

This Buddy Bear is a tribute to the legendary Marlene Dietrich and, fittingly, stands directly in front of the bar named after her, "Marlene". As number 3 of over 2000 Buddy Bears, it is one of the first and therefore has a special historical significance in the ranks of these bears, so to speak. It is also the third Buddy Bear I have reported on here - what a nice coincidence. My articles about the bears for Dali and for Christo are now joined by the Marlene bear - looks like a series, doesn't it?

I love Marlene Dietrich, the iconic German actress and singer. Her song "Ich weiß nicht zu wem ich gehöre" is very close to me in a subtle way. I think it suits me and I like the connection between art, history and my own personality that is emerging here.

I find the idea of starting a series about the discovery of Buddy Bears quite exciting. Let's see where else I can find them. "Marlene Bär vor dem InterContinental: Ein Buddy-Bär mit Stil und Geschichte"

Ich hatte Euch ja bereits von den Buddy-Bären erzählt die man auf Schritt und Tritt in der Stadt finden kann. Einer von ihnen ist mir kürzlich wieder "über den Weg gelaufen" und zwar der "Marlene Bär", der recht stattlich vor dem InterContinental in Mitte seinen Platz einnimmt.

Dieser Buddy-Bär ist eine Hommage an die legendäre Marlene Dietrich und steht passenderweise direkt vor der nach ihr benannten Bar "Marlene". Als Nummer 3 von über 2000 Buddy-Bären ist er wirklich einer der ersten und hat dadurch sozusagen eine besondere historische Bedeutung in der Riege dieser Bären. Es ist auch der dritte Buddy-Bär über den ich hier bereichte - was für ein netter Zufall. Zu meinen Artikel über die Bären für Dali und für Christo gesellt sich also jetzt noch der Marlene-Bär - sieht nahc einer Serie aus oder?

Ich liebe Marlene Dietrich, die ikonische deutsche Schauspielerin und Sängerin. Ihr Song "Ich weiß nicht zu wem ich gehöre" ist mir auf subtile Weise sehr nahe. Ich finde, dass er zu mir passt und mir gefällt die Verbindung zwischen Kunst, Geschichte und meiner eigenen Persönlichkeit, die sich hier gerade ergibt.

Die Idee, eine Serie über die Entdeckung von Buddy-Bären zu starten, finde ich ganz spannend. Mal sehen wo ich noch überall welche finde.
