Beauty is an expression of the inner soul, a reflection of the love we carry within us

My contribution today to #freecompliments WomenWednesday is about beauty and love. I would like to preface it with the quote "Beauty is an expression of the inner soul, a reflection of the love we carry within us." at the beginning. In my view, beauty, which is often only perceived as a visual spectacle, lies deeper than just on the surface. It is rather an echo of the emotions, the mindset and the love that lies dormant in the depths of our being. When we decide to share this love and its positive emotions with the world, they have tremendous power - both outwardly and inwardly.

The power of love has a vitalizing, rejuvenating effect within us and makes us radiant. Love, this most sublime and strongest feeling, gives us beauty that goes beyond mere appearance. It is the essence that brings warmth to our interactions, tenderness to our gestures and compassion to our hearts. It makes us the people we are meant to be.

When we immerse ourselves in love, we also sow the seeds of beauty in the world around us. Love manifests itself outwardly, shaping our interactions, forming our reality and our destiny. Everything we radiate from within resonates with our environment, finds the same, attracts it and then returns to us, often amplified and enriched. It is a universal law - the energy we radiate echoes, creates waves that eventually find their way back to us. This applies not only to love, but to all our energies and thoughts. Ella Wheeler Wilcox expressed this best of all in her poem:

You never can tell what a thought will do
In bringing you hate or love -
For thoughts are things, and their airy wings
Are swifter than carrier doves.
They follow the law of the universe -
Each thing creates its kind,
And they speed over the track to bring you back
Whatever went out from your mind.

So let us become mindful of our thoughts and nurture the love and compassion within us. Because what we sow in the soil of our hearts is what we will reap. It is imprinted on our face, determines our thoughts, dominates our gestures and our attitude. It radiates out of us and returns to us in magnified splendor.

It is a profound truth that love begets love and our true beauty is only the reflection of the love that came from within us and returned to us.

Mein heutiger Beitrag zum WomenWednesday von #freecompliments soll von Schönheit handeln und von der Liebe. Ich möchte ihm das Zitat "Schönheit ist ein Ausdruck der inneren Seele, ein Spiegelbild der Liebe, die wir in uns tragen." voranstellen. Schönheit, die oft nur als visuelles Spektakel wahrgenommen wird, liegt aus meiner Sicht tiefer als nur auf der Oberfläche. Sie eher ein Echo der Emotionen, der Geisteshaltung und der Liebe, die in den Tiefen unseres Wesens schlummern. Wenn wir uns entscheiden diese Liebe und ihre positiven Emotionen mit der Welt zu teilen, dann besitzen sie eine gewaltige Macht - nach außen wie nach innen.

In uns wirkt die kraft der Liebe vitalisierend, verüngend und machen uns strahlen. Die Liebe, dieses erhabenste und stärkste Gefühl, gibt uns Schönheit, die über den bloßen Schein hinausgeht. Sie ist die Essenz, die Wärme in unsere Interaktionen, Zärtlichkeit in unsere Gesten und Mitgefühl in unsere Herzen bringt. Sie macht uns zu dem Menschen die wir sein sollen.

Wenn wir in die Liebe eintauchen, säen wir die Samen der Schönheit auch in der Welt um uns herum. Nach außen manifestiert sich die Liebe, gestalt unsere Interaktionen, und formt damit unsere Realität und unser Schicksal. Alles was wir aus unserem Inneren ausstrahlen geht in Resonanz mit unserer Umgebung, findet gleiches, zieht es an und kehrt dann, oft verstärkt und bereichert, zu uns zurück. Es ist ein universelles Gesetz - die Energie, die wir ausstrahlen, hallt wider, erzeugt Wellen, die schließlich ihren Weg zurück zu uns finden. Das gilt nicht nur für die Liebe, sondern für alle unsere Energien und Gedanken. Am aller besten hat das Ella Wheeler Wilcox in ihrem Gedicht ausgedrückt, für das es leider keine deutsche Übersetzung gibt:

You never can tell what a thought will do
In bringing you hate or love -
For thoughts are things, and their airy wings
Are swifter than carrier doves.
They follow the law of the universe -
Each thing creates its kind,

Lasst uns also achtsam mit unseren Gedanken werden und die Liebe und des Mitgefühls in uns hegen und pflegen. Denn was wir in den Boden unseres Herzens säen, das werden wir ernten. Es prägt sich in unser Gesicht, bestimmt unsere Gedanken, dominiert unsere Gesten und unsere Haltung. Es strahlt aus uns heraus und kehrt in vergrößerter Pracht zu uns zurück.

Es ist eine tiefe Wahrheit, dass Liebe Liebe erzeugt und unsere wahre Schönheit, nur das Abbild der Liebe ist, die aus unserem Inneren kam und zu uns zurück kehrt ist.
