What are the "Profiles" required to start Splinterlands and their differences?

The current "Profiles" to start in the game are 2, these are very similar in a way, but, the procedure in each of them is totally different, both ways have the possibility of generating very good rewards, however, one of them requires a greater effort so to speak, but, this does not mean that it is not feasible to choose any of these alternatives, everything will depend on the way of proceeding that each person has, although, I will explain this in detail later in the next section, when I proceed to detail more in depth each one of the "Profiles", then, taking into account this, the profiles are:

  • Investor: Entering as an "Investor" means that we will place a large amount of money to obtain assets in the ecosystem of "Splinterlands", these assets will usually work basically semi-automatically for us, of course, once we know which are the best assets to acquire in "Splinterlands", also, being an investor, will allow us to do several things that the "Players" do not, that is why, in my opinion, entering as an "Investor" is the least stressful way to earn in the game, but, nevertheless, as I said, we need good capital, and of course, this generates a risk more important than any other profile, because, as well as we can earn money, we could lose it much more aggressively, at least in the short term, for this reason, we must educate ourselves first and know the ecosystem.

  • Player: Entering the game as a "Player", requires of course, much less investment than the "Investor", because, although we have to "Invest", that's why I said that they were very similar, we do not need large amounts of money to do so, since, with small sums, we can easily assemble competitive teams that allow us to compete in "Splinterlands", playing of course, the profits in this mode could be lower, but this depends on many factors, Since it will depend solely and exclusively on the amount of SPS in "Staking" that we have and the level of our deck of cards, because if we have a good deck, we could even play in the highest league which is the "Champion" and believe me that already in this league, you can generate at least a very good money, but, like everything, the profit will be proportional to the amount that we are willing to invest in the game, in this case, the famous "Cards".

What Elements do each of these "Profiles" possess?

Each of these "Profiles" have unique elements that "Differentiate" each other, that is why, in addition to knowing these characteristics, you can also discover the difference between being an "Investor or a Player" in "Splinterlands", so pay close attention to what I will explain here, since you will begin to recognize the "Profiles" that each one has to start:

Elements of an "Investor

  • **Education: ** The elements that an investor must have, first of all, is education, when I say education, I mean that he must learn practically everything about what is the "Ecosystem" where he will invest, in this case, everything about "Splinterlands", game modes, tokens associated to the economy, which is the governance token and its use cases, know if the tokens have inflation or not, or if on the contrary they are "Deflationary" with time, these are things that you must know, so, it is not only putting money, it is knowing what you are doing basically knowing your business.

  • The most important tokens: The most important tokens in the ecosystem in my opinion are; the SPS, DEC, VOUCHER, LICENSE and PLOT, these for me, are the tokens that investors should concentrate on, although, I am missing the most important asset of all, which is nothing more than the "Cards" in the game, the reason why this is the most important asset, is because it is the essence of the game, without the cards we would not have "Splinterlands", so, buying cards, without the need to play is a "Deflationary" asset in time. These tokens and / or assets, are those that practically an investor should be attentive, watch the markets, their prices, see the graph, be aware of new announcements among other things.

  • Correct Investment: One of the most important elements in a player, is to make the correct "Investment", when I refer to correct investment, I emphasize that, first you must learn about the cards of the game, know the teams and from there make an investment decision, this is mostly for those who do not have much capital, since you have to choose those teams with which you feel better identified and can handle better, of course, if you have enough capital to have a balanced team with all the "Splinters", it is much better, but, it is not mandatory, the weight here is the available capital, although, there is the issue of investment through the rental of cards, which is a separate issue, but requires much less capital, on the other hand, having clear the cards to be purchased, means that you already have a league as a goal, this means that, you must buy the necessary SPS for that league or otherwise rent them. Having all these points clear is important, since with this, we will invest the right amount and we will have a good administration.

  • Learning about "Playability": Another super important element, is the "Playability", because, we must learn about it if we want to have good results and profits playing, for this, we must study what I have been explaining for a long time, I mean the "Rules", the skills, the game structure, and this kind of things, besides this, if we want to win important rewards playing, we must play in all the game modes that we can, in a few words, we must participate in "Tournaments", participate in the guild war, so we must join a "Guild", and actively play the "Qualifying Leagues". With this clear, we could have important rewards if we care to learn the game model correctly.

Para este “Día”, quisiera hacer una publicación algo especial pero sencilla, ya que entiendo que, somos una comunidad alrededor de un “Videojuego”, donde la idea es que se integren muchísimos más jugadores para seguir creciendo en el tiempo y seguir posicionándonos como uno de los mejores juegos “Web 3” de todo el ecosistema de la “Blockchain”, sin embargo, para lograr esto, nosotros, los creadores de contenido, debemos impartir la información correcta lo más clara y precisa posible, con la finalidad de ayudar a la que la barrera de entrada al mismo no sea una trabajo tan complicado, ya que son muchos aspectos a tomar en cuenta, son numerables cosas de las que hay que estar atentos, y en algunos casos esto suele ser abrumador, aunque, esto es solo al inicio, luego de que se aprenda todo lo necesario, inclusive sin ser un experto, serán pan comido para cualquiera.

Es por eso que, en esta oportunidad, quiero hacer una publicación sencilla de todos los aspectos necesarios para comenzar en el juego actualmente, es una especie de recopilación que ayudara a todos los nuevos usuarios en conocer las distintas formas existentes de ingresar al juego y cuál es la mejor de ellas según mi perspectiva y experiencia, pero, tomando en cuenta el perfil con que quieran venir cada uno de ellos, ya que la realidad es que, pueden ser “Inversores, o jugadores”, dependiendo de esto, es que podrán entrar con mayor facilidad. Por supuesto, hay muchos más aspectos detrás de cómo ganar dinero en “Splinterlands”, pero, quiero dejar eso para otra publicación, ya que, realmente hay muchísimas formas de ganar y sería una publicación que abarcaría varias partes si es que quieren que explique en detalle.

Entonces, para esos nuevos jugadores en “Splinterlands” que quieran saber la mejor manera de comenzar en el juego, en esta publicación les brindare toda la información necesaria, así que espero que se queden hasta el final del mismo para que puedan obtener todo en detalle, así que, sin más más que decir, hora de iniciar:

¿Cuáles son los “Perfiles” necesarios para iniciar en “Splinterlands” y sus diferencias?

Los “Perfiles” actuales para iniciar en el juego son 2, estos se asemejan mucho de cierto modo, pero, el proceder en cada una de ellos es totalmente distinto, ambas formas tienen la posibilidad de generar muy buenas recompensas, sin embargo, una de ellas requiere un esfuerzo mayor por decirlo así, pero, esto no quiere decir que no sea factible el elegir cualquiera de estas alternativas, todo dependera de la forma de proceder que tenga cada persona, aunque, esto lo explicare en detalle más adelante en la siguiente sección, cuando proceda a detallar más a fondo cada uno de los “Perfiles”, entonces, teniendo en cuenta esto, los perfiles son:

  • Inversor: Entrar como “Inversor” significa que colocaremos a disposición una gran cantidad de dinero para obtener activos en el ecosistema de “Splinterlands”, estos activos por lo general trabajaran básicamente de forma semiautomática por nosotros, por supuesto, una vez conozcamos cuales son los mejores activos para adquirir en “Splinterlands”, ademas, el ser inversor, nos permitirá hacer varias cosas que los “Jugadores” no, es por eso que, en mi opinión, ingresar como “Inversor”, es la forma menos estresante de ganar en el juego, pero, no obstante como ya comente, necesitamos buen capital, y por supuesto, esto genera un riesgo más importante que cualquier otro perfil, ya que, así como podemos ganar dinero, podríamos perderlo de forma mucho más agresiva, al menos en el corto plazo, por esta razón, hay que educarnos primero y conocer el ecosistema.

  • Jugador: Entrar al juego como “Jugador”, requiere por supuesto, mucha menos inversión que la del “Inversor”, ya que, a pesar de que hay que “Invertir”, por eso comente que se asemejaban mucho, no se necesitan grandes cantidades de dinero para hacerlo, ya que, con pequeñas sumas, podemos facilmente armar equipos competitivos que nos permitan competir dentro de “Splinterlands”, jugando claro está, las ganancias en este modo podrían ser menores, pero, esto depende de muchos factores, ya que dependera única y exclusivamente de la cantidad de SPS en “Staking” que tengamos y del nivel que tenga nuestro mazo de cartas, ya que, si tenemos un buen mazo, podríamos jugar incluso en la liga más alta que es la de “Campeón” y créanme que ya en esta liga, se puede generar al menos un muy buen dinero, pero, como todo, la ganancia será proporcional a la cantidad que estemos dispuestos a invertir en el juego, en este caso, las famosas “Cartas”.

¿Qué Elementos poseen cada uno de estos “Perfiles?

Cada uno de estos “Perfiles” poseen elementos únicos en su tipo que los “Diferencian” entre sí, es por eso que, ademas de conocer estas características, también podrán descubrir la diferencia entre ser un “Inversor o un Jugador” en “Splinterlands”, así que, presten mucha atención a lo que les explicare aquí, ya que, comenzaran a reconocer los “Perfiles” que tienen cada uno para iniciar:

Elementos de un “Inversor”

  • La Educación: Los elementos que debe de tener un inversor, primeramente, es la educación, cuando digo educación, me refiero a que debe aprender prácticamente todo acerca de lo que es el “Ecosistema” donde invertirá, en esta caso, todo sobre “Splinterlands”, modos de juego, tokens asociados a la economía, cual es el token de gobernanza y sus casos de uso, conocer si los tokens tienen inflación o no, o si por el contrario son “Deflacionarios” con el tiempo, estas son cosas que deben de conocer, por lo que, no solo es poner dinero, es saber lo que se está haciendo conocer básicamente tu negocio.

  • Los Tokens más importantes: Los tokens más importantes del ecosistema en mi opinión son; el SPS, DEC, VOUCHER, LICENSE y PLOT, estos para mí, son los tokens en los que se deberían concentrar los inversores, aunque, me falta el activo más importante de todos, que no es más que las “Cartas” en el juego, la razón por la que este es el activo más importante, es porque es la esencia del juego, sin las cartas no tuviéramos a “Splinterlands”, por lo que, comprar cartas, sin la necesidad de jugar es un activo “Deflacionario” en el tiempo. Estos tokens y/o activos, son los que practicamente un inversor debería estar atento, vigilar los mercados, sus precios, ver la gráfica, estar atento a nuevos anuncios entre otras cosas.

Elementos de un “Jugador”

  • Inversión Correcta: Uno de los elementos más importantes en un jugador, es hacer la “Inversión” correcta, cuando me refiero a inversión correcta, hago énfasis en que, primero debe aprender sobre las cartas del juego, conocer los equipos y a partir de allí tomar una decisión de inversión, esto es más que todo para aquellos que no poseen mucho capital, ya que se tiene que elegir aquellos equipos con los que se sienta mejor identificado y pueda manejar mejor, por supuesto, si se tiene el suficiente capital para tener un equipo equilibrado con todos los “Splinters”, es mucho mejor, pero, tampoco es que sea obligatorio, el peso aquí es el capital disponible, aunque, está el tema de la inversión por medio del alquiler de cartas, que es un tema aparte, pero que requiere mucho menos capital, por otro lado, el tener claro las cartas que se van a comprar, quiere decir que ya se tiene como objetivo una liga, esto quiere decir que, se deben comprar los SPS necesarios para esa liga o en su defecto alquilarlos. Tener todos estos puntos claros, es importante, puesto que, con esto invertiremos la cantidad correcta y tendremos una buena administración.

  • Aprender sobre la “Jugabilidad”: Otro elemento super importante, es la “Jugabilidad”, ya que, debemos aprender sobre ella si es que queremos tener buenos resultados y ganancias jugando, para esto, debemos estudiar lo que les he venido explicando durante mucho tiempo, me refiero a las “Reglas”, las habilidades, la estructura de juego, y este tipo de cosas, ademas de esto, si queremos ganar importantes recompensas jugando, debemos jugar en todos los modos de juego que podamos, en pocas palabras, debemos participar en “Torneos”, participar en la guerra de gremios, por lo que debemos unirnos a un “Gremio”, y jugar activamente las "Ligas Clasificatorias”. Con esto claro, podríamos tener importantes recompensas si nos preocupamos por aprender correctamente el modelo del juego.

Sabiendo todos estos elementos de acuerdo a los perfiles que he explicado, los nuevos usuarios deberían enfocarse en el que se sientan identificados con respecto a lo que quieran lograr en el juego, por otro lado, no es algo que este escrito en piedra tener un solo “Perfil”, ya que, facilmente puedes ser “Inversor y Jugador”, de hecho, como ya explique, estos se asemejan mucho, por lo que, indirectamente si nos enfocamos en jugar, también somos inversores, aunque en menor escala, por lo que, la preocupación el ecosistema debe ser la misma sea cual seas.

Sabiendo los “Perfiles” y esta información básica, los nuevos jugadores podrán saber de que forma enfocarse al ingresar a “Splinterlands”, por supuesto, hay muchos aspectos que no abarque en esta publicación, ya que, podría hacerla increíblemente larga, pero, son cosas importantes que no veo que expliquen por allí, así que, me he tomado el tiempo de explicarlo de forma detallada y sencilla, por otro lado, este es un tema mas extenso y completo, pero al ser mucha información, tendría que realizarlo en varias partes, quizás, hacer un mini curso, o curso sobre “Splinterlands”, seria algo muy bueno para la comunidad en general, ya que, no solo son los nuevos usuarios, existen usuarios antiguos que aun no manejan la información correcta y puede que vean esto muy complicado, pero en realidad es sencillo y mi trabajo es simplificar esa información.
