I usually talk a lot about my alignments in battle, in fact, in my last publications I have revealed strategies and formations that I use very often in my day to day game, most of these are using the "Magic Attack" as my main weapon against my enemies, you know it is my favorite, however what would you think if I told you that there is a card in "Splinterlands" capable of attacking and defending at the same time focusing on magic? In a few words, I am talking about a perfect monster capable of countering the magic attack in an exceptional way, but at the same time, having a pretty strong attack power, if you think about it, it is a very valuable card and it sounds crazy, although, I imagine that you will think that I have already talked about this card in my blog and maybe yes, however, also maybe not.
But, in this opportunity I will finally talk about one of the cards that I usually use the most in the game when I use the "Death Splinter", and yes, the card is from this "Team", which, being totally honest, is the best to counter and/or weaken all types of attack existing in the game to date, being this its specialty since it was born, with these hints, you can imagine which card I am referring to; and although it is a monster quite played in the community, it is not usually very striking to say, what I mean is that it is not very named; and for me it is one of the best in the game according to the characteristics that I already mentioned.
If you really want to know the power and scope of this fabulous card, I hope you stay until the end of the publication, since, in the development of this post, I will give several "Tips" of interest to the entire community, in order to learn how to use it, since, if you still do not use it, it would be a waste, because as soon as you learn what it can do, you will run to buy it or rent it:
(Phantom Soldier) The most complete card in the game for "Magical Attacks".
To talk in detail about this card, what I will do is to mention the best "Rule Sets" where you can use it, of course, accompanied by a complete description for easy understanding, in addition, I will comment on which "League" can be more effective to play it, although as you know, my favorite league to play currently is the "Gold", finally, I will give a summary of its general operation, until the next section where I will explain a real battle where you will see the "Phantom Soldier" in action:
Phantom Soldier
Now, to talk a little about this card, you can see in the image above all the skills it has, if we look closely, this card has the ability to "Flying", which allows you to defend against physical attacks and range propelled by the opponent, having a probability of 25% that these fail, of course, this percentage may increase thanks to the speed that has the card and / or other additional factors depending on the cards we play, On the other hand, it has 2 essential abilities to defend against "Magic" attacks, these are "Silence and Void", which together have a great synergy, since it weakens the enemy's attack points and additionally reduces the damage of the enemy's impact, a very complete and balanced card.
Now, the "Rule Sets" in which it performs best are the following:
Play it with "Keep Your Distance".:
Playing with the "Death Splinter" in this rule and of course with the "Phantom Soldier", could help to counter 3 types of attacks at the same time, of course, if we decide to play a summoner that weakens the "Ranged" attack type, Also, since we can't play "Melee" cards in this rule, it is almost certain that our opponent will focus his "Offense" with "Magic and/or Ranged" attack cards, so playing the "Phantom Soldier" would give us a great advantage.Play it with Target Practice:
This is honestly one of the best "Rules" to use the "Phantom Soldier", because, due to the characteristics it has, I mean its "Defensive" abilities, it can be an incredible target for the opponent's cards to attack directly by the effect of "Target Practice" and the ability of "Snipe" that gives everyone in the field, believe me, I have tested it many times and is able to withstand a large number of rounds, where it can even defeat the enemy's cards thanks to its great power of magical attack.Play it with Broken Arrows:
Everyone must already imagine how obvious it is to play with "Phantom Soldier" in this specific set of rules, however, I promised to be as detailed as possible, so, thanks to his "Silence and Void" abilities and having blocked the "Range" type of attack, our opponent will most likely use "Magic Attacks", which benefits us to weaken his attack and take advantage of a good "Offensive".Play it with Fog of War:
This card despite not being a "Tank" itself, it has all the characteristics to be able to take that role in the field, so, in this rule, since the "Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity" abilities are not active, most likely all attacks will go directly to the tank, and these attacks can be mostly magical and ranged, so, its resistance will allow it to dominate the battlefield from the first or 2nd position.
Top Leagues
Clearly I have not tested this card in all the existing leagues in "Splinterlands", but, speaking based on its abilities and from the experience I have had using it in the "Gold League", the order of leagues to use this card, being the first one I place the best of them, is the following:
Gold League:
For me this is the best league where we can see the full potential of the "Phantom Soldier", this is because, already at level 5, we can take advantage of almost all its power and splendor, since we already have all its skills and with its highest score of life points.Silver League:
I would say that the effectiveness of this monster in the "Silver League" is in 2nd place, since it has the "Silence" ability at level 3, which is more than enough to defend itself and be victorious.Diamond League:
I place this league in 3rd place because, at this point there are many ways to counter "Phantom Soldier", besides, the level of play in this league increases a lot, so we could find very similar or almost the same alienations, as the most experienced begin to leave.
All the details of the "Battle".
In this section I will explain a battle I fought using the "Phantom Soldier", I will analyze as always the "Rules" of the battle so you can observe how the battle behaves; and additional my own alienation, so I want you to pay close attention to understand the reason for each card and the incredible effect that the "Phantom Soldier" has on the whole field:
The Rules
In this special combination of rules we can observe that, the most predominant is "Keep Your Distance", which prevents monsters with "Melee" attack from being summoned to the battlefield, an effect that is not countered, so it is my chance to take advantage of the great "Defensive/Offensive" power of "Phantom Soldier", It is my chance to take advantage of the great "Defensive/Offensive" power of "Phantom Soldier", on the other hand, the effect of "Holy Protection" is very simple, everyone gains a kind of immunity to the first attack and finally with "Even Stevens", you can only use cards with an even mana cost, quite simple.
Battle Details
My opponent and I think very similar, in fact, we use the same summoner, being this is the great "Delwyn Dragonscale", which, is able to increase the attack power "Magico" in +1 point, I could have played to neutralize another type of attack, but, I decided to go for the power and put support to my "Phantom Soldier" in alienation, so, the first thing to detail is that I used "Prismatic Energy" as a tank, a great card with very low mana cost, with very good life points, and the ability of "Magic Reflect", because I expected my opponent to attack me with many magical attacks, besides, as this monster also has "Void", I was sure that it would support a good amount of rounds before being defeated.
Of course then I played with my "Phantom Soldier", which is a pretty good "Backup Tank", not to mention that, his "Silence" ability, crumbled my opponent's strategy, the rest of my cards were very interesting, since I combined the defense with the attack in one point, what I mean is that, The "Ravenhood Warden" gave me a good defense with the ability "Protect", my (Spirit Miner, Undead Priest and Diamond Dragon), combined abilities to give me more speed points in all my cards, as well as to decrease -2 speed points to my opponent with "Slow", not to mention that the 3 had a total of +8 points of magic attack.
Note: Finally, my opponent made several mistakes in his formation, the most notable was playing with "Gelatinous Cube" in the first position, this because his 2nd card had the "Weapons Training" ability, on the other hand, I know that the "Phantom Soldier" alone is not capable of winning, however, it is the most balanced card with respect to magic attacks in the whole game, so if we know how to combine it in the right rule sets, we can surely get the full potential out of it.
Conclusion
With this analysis and strategy, I have reached the end of another publication, which I hope you liked and enjoyed as much as I did, also, I showed you one of the best cards in the game, which, as I said at the beginning, is not very much taken into account; and it turns out that its characteristics speak for themselves, in fact, I explained and showed you all the potential that the "Phantom Soldier" has to excel in many battles, what is certain is that, there is nothing infallible in "Splinterlands", so, I would like to see your opinions or even new publications taking into account this card in your game, for those who of course play in the "Wild" format like me. Suelo hablar mucho de mis alienaciones en batalla, de hecho, en mis ultimas publicaciones he revelado estrategias y formaciones que utilizo con mucha frecuencia en mi día a día de juego, la mayoría de estas es usando el “Ataque Magico” como arma principal contra mis enemigos, ya saben que es mi favorito, sin embargo ¿Que pensarían si les dijera que existe una carta en “Splinterlands” capaz de atacar y defender al mismo tiempo centrándose en la magia? En pocas palabras, estoy hablando de un monstruo perfecto capaz de contrarrestar el ataque magico de forma excepcional, pero a su vez, teniendo un poder de ataque bastante fuerte, si lo piensan, es una carta muy valiosa y suena como una locura, aunque, imagino que pensaran que ya he hablado de esta carta en mi blog y puede que sí, sin embargo, también puede que no.
Pero, en esta oportunidad hablare por fin de una de las cartas que más suelo utilizar en el juego cuando utilizo el “Splinter de Muerte”, y si, la carta es de este “Equipo”, el cual, siendo totalmente sincera, es el mejor para contrarrestar y/o debilitar todos los tipos de ataque existentes en el juego hasta la fecha, siendo esta su especialidad desde que nació, con estos indicios, podrán imaginarse a cual carta me refiero; y aunque es un monstruo bastante jugado en la comunidad, no suele ser muy llamativo que digamos, lo que quiero decir es que, no es muy nombrado; y para mí es una de las mejores en el juego de acuerdo a las características que ya mencione.
Si quieren saber realmente el poder y alcance de esta fabulosa carta, espero que se queden hasta el final de la publicación, ya que, en el desarrollo de este post, dare varios “Tips” de interés para toda la comunidad, con la finalidad de que aprendan a utilizarla, puesto que, si aún no la usan, sería un desperdicio, ya que apenas se enteren de lo que puede hacer, correrán a comprarla o en su defecto a alquilarla:
(Phantom Soldier) La carta más completa del juego para “Ataques Mágicos”
Para hablar en detalle sobre esta carta, lo que hare será mencionar los mejores “Conjuntos de Reglas” en donde lo pueden utilizar, por supuesto, acompañado de una descripción completa para un fácil entendimiento, ademas, comentare en que “Liga” puede ser más efectivo jugarla, aunque como ya saben, mi liga preferida para jugar actualmente es la de “Oro”, por último, dare un resumen de su funcionamiento general, hasta la siguiente sección en donde explicare una verdadera batalla donde verán en acción al “Phantom Soldier”:
Phantom Soldier
Ahora bien, para hablar un poco sobre esta carta, pueden observar en la imagen anterior todas las habilidades que posee, si observamos con detenimiento, esta carta posee la habilidad de “Flying”, la cual, le permite defenderse de los ataques físicos y de rango propinados por el adversario, teniendo una probabilidad del 25% de que estos fallen, por supuesto, este porcentaje puede aumentar gracias a la velocidad que tenga la carta y/o otros factores adicionales dependiendo de las cartas que juguemos, pero, teniendo +3 puntos de velocidad, este porcentaje de seguro aumenta, por otro lado, posee 2 habilidades esenciales para defenderse de los ataques “Mágicos”, estas son “Silence y Void”, las cuales juntas tienen una gran sinergia, puesto que, debilita los puntos de ataque del enemigo y adicional se reduce el daño del impacto del mismo, una carta muy completa y equilibrada.
Ahora bien, los “Conjuntos de Reglas” en donde mejor se desempeña son los siguientes:
Jugarlo con “Keep Your Distance”:
Jugar con el “Splinter de Muerte” en esta regla y por supuesto con el “Phantom Soldier”, podría ayudar a contrarrestar a 3 tipos de ataques al mismo tiempo, por supuesto, si es que decidimos jugar un invocador que debilite el tipo de ataque de “Rango”, ademas, como en esta regla no podemos jugar cartas “Cuerpo a Cuerpo”, es casi seguro de que nuestro oponente enfocara su “Ofensiva” con cartas de ataque “Magico y/o de Rango”, por lo que, jugar con el “Phantom Soldier” nos daría una gran ventaja.Jugarlo con Target Practice:
Esta sinceramente es una de las mejores “Reglas” para poder utilizar al “Phantom Soldier”, ya que, debido a las características que posee, me refiero a sus habilidades “Defensivas”, puede ser un increíble objetivo para que las cartas del oponente lo ataquen directamente por el efecto de “Target Practice" y la habilidad de “Snipe” que le brinda a todos en el campo, créanme, lo he probado muchas veces y es capaz de resistir un gran número de rondas, donde inclusive puede derrotar a las cartas del enemigo gracias a su gran poder de ataque magico.Jugarlo con Broken Arrows:
Ya todos deben de imaginarse lo obvio que es jugar con “Phantom Soldier” en esta especifico conjunto de reglas, sin embargo, prometí ser lo más detallista posible, así que, gracias a sus habilidades de “Silence y Void” y teniendo bloqueado el tipo de ataque de “Rango”, lo más probable es que nuestro oponente utilicé "Ataques Mágicos”, lo que nos beneficia para debilitar su ataque y aprovechar una buena “Ofensiva”.Jugarlo con Fog of War:
Esta carta a pesar de no ser un “Tanque” propiamente dicho, si que tiene todas las características para poder tomar ese rol en el campo, por lo que, en esta regla al no estar activas las habilidades “Sneak, Snipe y Opportunity”, lo más probable es que todos los ataques vayan directo al tanque, y estos ataques pueden ser mágicos y de rango en su mayoría, así que, su resistencia le permitirá dominar el campo de batalla desde la primera o 2da posición.
Las mejores Ligas
Claramente no he probado esta carta en todas las ligas existentes en “Splinterlands”, pero, hablando con base desde sus habilidades y desde la experiencia que he tenido utilizándolo en la “Liga de Oro”, el orden de ligas para usar esta carta, siendo la primera que coloque la mejor de ellas, es la siguiente:
Liga de Oro:
Para mi esta es la mejor liga en donde podemos ver el potencial a plenitud del “Phantom Soldier”, esto es debido a que, ya en el nivel 5, podemos aprovechar practicamente casi todo su poder y esplendor, puesto que, ya tenemos todas sus habilidades y con su mayor puntaje de puntos de vida.Liga Plata:
Diría que la efectivad de este monstruo en la “Liga de Plata” se encuentra en 2do lugar, ya que, en la misma posee la habilidad de “Silence” estando en el nivel 3, más que suficiente para defenderse y salir victorioso.Liga Diamante:
Esta liga la coloco en 3er lugar porque, a estas alturas existen muchísimas formas de contrarrestar igualmente a “Phantom Soldier”, ademas, el nivel de juego en esta liga aumenta mucho, por lo que, podríamos encontramos alienaciones uy parecidas o casi iguales, ya que los más experimentados comienzan a salir.
Todos los detalles de la “Batalla”
En esta sección explicare una batalla que dispute utilizando al “Phantom Soldier”, analizare como siempre las “Reglas” de la batalla para que puedan observar cómo se comporta la misma; y adicional mi propia alienación, así que quiero que presten mucha atención para que entiendan el porqué de cada carta y del increíble efecto que posee el “Phantom Soldier” en todo el campo:
Las Reglas
En esta especial combinación de reglas podemos observar que, la que más predomina es “Keep Your Distance”, la cual, impide que los monstruos con ataque “Cuerpo a Cuerpo” sean convocados al campo de batalla, un efecto que no es contrarrestado, por lo que, es mi oportunidad para aprovechar el gran poder “Defensivo/Ofensivo” de “Phantom Soldier”, por otro lado, el efecto de “Holy Protection” es muy simple, todos ganan una especie de inmunidad al primer ataque y por ultimo con “Even Stevens”, solo puede utilizar cartas con un costo de mana par, bastante simple.
Detalles de la Batalla
Mi oponente y yo pensamos muy parecido, de hecho, utilizamos el mismo invocador, siendo este es el gran “Delwyn Dragonscale”, el cual, es capaz de aumentar el poder de ataque “Magico” en +1 punto, pude haber jugado para neutralizar otro tipo de ataque, pero, decidí irme por el poder y ponerle apoyo a mi “Phantom Soldier” en la alienación, por lo que, lo primero a detallar es que utilice como tanque a “Prismatic Energy”, una gran carta de muy bajo costo de mana, con muy buenos puntos de vida, y la habilidad de “Magic Reflect”, ya que me esperaba que mi adversario me atacara con muchos ataques mágicos, ademas, como este monstruo también tiene “Void”, estaba segura de que soportaría una buena cantidad de rondas antes de ser derrotado.
Por supuesto luego jugué con mi “Phantom Soldier”, el cual, es un “Tanque de Respaldo” bastante bueno, sin mencionar que, su habilidad de “Silence”, desmorono la estrategia de mi adversario, el resto de mis cartas fueron muy interesantes, ya que combine la defensa con el ataque en un solo punto, a lo que me refiero es que, el “Ravenhood Warden” me otorgo una buena defensa con la habilidad “Protect”, mi (Spirit Miner, Undead Priest y Diamond Dragon), juntaron habilidades tanto para darme más puntos de velocidad en todas mis cartas, como para disminuir -2 puntos de velocidad a mi adversario con “Slow”, sin mencionar que los 3 tenían un total de +8 puntos de ataque magico.
Nota: Por último, mi adversario cometió varios errores en su formación, el más notable fue jugar con “Gelatinous Cube” en la primera posición, esto debido a que su 2da carta tenía la habilidad de “Weapons Training”, por otro lado, sé que el “Phantom Soldier” por sí solo no es capaz de ganar, sin embargo, es la carta más equilibrada con respecto a ataques mágicos de todo el juego, por lo que, si sabemos combinarla en los conjuntos de reglas correctos, podemos de seguro sacarle todo el potencial a la misma.
Conclusión
Con este análisis y estrategia, he llegado al final de otra publicación, la cual espere les haya gustado y hayan disfrutado tanto como yo, ademas, les mostre actualmente una de las mejores cartas en el juego, la cual, como comenté al inicio, no es muy tomada en cuenta; y resulta que sus características hablan por si solas, de hecho, les explique y mostre todo el potencial que tiene el “Phantom Soldier” para sobresalir en mucha batallas, lo que si es cierto es que, no existe nada infalible en “Splinterlands”, así que, quisiera ver sus opiniones o hasta nuevas publicaciones tomando en cuenta esta carta en su juego, para aquellos que por supuesto juegan en el formato “Salvaje” como yo.
