NFT news is increasing in volume and importance on a daily basis Snoop Dogg got into the NFT world and I missed it but ill go over that today, as well as a service to make and sell BNB NFTs. Due to Binance getting a planet in alien worlds ill go over planet governance in Alien Worlds to to make this write up the hattrick from hell.

Snoop Dogg NFTs

Snoop Dogg launched NFTs through crypto.com NFT creation service a little while ago. I just heard of this yesterday from a TED talk on NFTs if you can believe that.

Its worth watching but I like watching TED talks in my free time so infer from this what you will.

BNB NFT production

sorry if this feels rushed there is a large amount of info to get to in one article so this write up may seem a little rushed because serval of these updates are time sensitive and had to be posted today.

Though I have not yet minted them I have made NFTs on three blockchains thus far so I can give you the basics.

This is the only service I have attempted to mint NFTs on a BNB blockchain however I learned a lot of useful info it appears to take place on the BNB smart chain so my BNB from the original blockchain would not work for GAS fees.

because of this issue I have yet to mint an NFT here but it works similar to minting on open sea or rareable ERC20 NFT markets. In that the BNB would take the place of the ETH GAS fees because of this the NFTs are a little more expensive then WAX.

they also chare based on the size of the image file for the BNB gas fee meaning lower quality images and smaller images are cheaper.

Due to this particular service being rather basic this is a lot easier to use then WAX but WAX allows for multiple layers urls descriptions boolean options Boolean- a binary variable, having two possible values called “true” and “false.”.

Because of this those with limited skillset (like me) may do better in a BNB based NFT market. I need to do more research on this system though as well as look at other services for BNB NFT production.

Alien Worlds seems like it may be ending up with a integration of both blockchains via smart contract integration for their NFTs and game assets or just ditching WAX. Though tis isn't any thing that i have read from their press statements it is just a hunch based on the TLM shift to binance.

Speaking of TLM and BNB there are several liquidity pools involving both I found an active one on pancake swap if interested in this sorta thing.

Alien Worlds

As soon as I posted my last walkthrough they changed everything on me so ill do a little overview of what's happening why where to mine and touch on planetary governance.

Binance merged with TLM alien worlds crypto rewarded to users for playing the game AKA mining. This caused the price of TLM to shoot up over night mining NFTs has been made all but impossible for the average user but TLM mining is now worth while.

Binance also gets their own planet with an update starting soon (according to them) that will introduce a large amount of new features like missions.

Since everyone will be moving to the shiny new planet BNB soon I started looking into running our own Hive or WEED planet through planetary governance.

Each planet in the game Alien Worlds is it’s own DAO (decentralized autonomous organisation)

Explorers participate in decision-making about how Trilium flows by staking to a Planet and participating in that Planet’s decision-making – by becoming a Planetary Custodian or voting for one.

Planets receive Trilium every day which the Planet’s governors can spend any way they want.
Planetary DAO = extensible.
The Planets are where the action happens in Alien Worlds, and they’re autonomous. Planets are free to compete for stakers, try to take each other over, create their own NFTs or user interfaces and much more.
Each Planet’s DAO Committee decides how to allocate its budget in any way it sees fit. The possibilities are endless.

It takes two days to unstake from a Planet.

Creation of our own NFTs that are part of a group governing a planet is what banano crypto monkeys did. In other words their not partnered with but operate through planetary governance on alien worlds an important distinction making it much more likely a hive front end could do this.

The planets are now increasingly expensive o govern due to TLM shooting up however when the new planet is launched its likely that the older neighborhoods will be abandoned.

This should make a governance take over of a planet doable in mass or as a larger investment. a lager flag to rally behind like Leo finance of Hive even weedcash would mean the average user could delegate their resources to a council that will control their staked votes.

Players/investors who wish to register to be considered as custodians can now apply by going to the Planetary Council at https://council.alienworlds.io/ This would be a great thing for hive to get involved in and blockchain integration of the two is not necessary but still possible.

Alien worlds has ties to both BNB and WAX now so they are no pun intended the best of both worlds. given that both markets have exploded lately in users and popularity of their respective NFT markets.

I'm not trying to pass of responsibility here by suggesting those that run front ends do this Ill help in any way I can but I know when I'm in over my head. this is just past my technical skill level someone a little more versed in blockchain integration would be best.

That's not even to mention that I'm just followed by 100 poor souls and most of my write ups are me shouting at the wall level of pointless when it comes to impact or user interaction so a project like this though do able is out of my league for a number of reasons but ill contribute all I could to a project like this.

I'm mining TLM on the best tile in the whole game thanks to them and the difference is staggering. they also teach you how to use the same item multiple times on the same account they go over staking governance everything you may need to know and much more.

You can even combine items to make them shiny but now this will cost roughly $200 in TLM but its good to know.

Other WAX projects to check out

Dark country a WAX dapp game like splinterlands a bit of a pain to sett up but this referral will give us both a pack of their NFTs upon completion of account set up. This is a fun game but you will need to download Itch to play the game but after that and the set up which I had to ditch Brave Browser for it to work the first time.
