Tuesday take home profits
I have said this many times before, Listen it’s never wrong to take profits, what I think is I have 75% of my hive powered up what does a Hive bullrun do for me.
Well what it does for me is that allows me to see my account raising value and that’s about it but because I have most of my Hive powered delegated to Leo.voter I am getting Leo on a daily basis about 15 or 16 because of the high pammp.
So in reality the only people that are making money are the speculators the traders the ones that do not really care about hive but they do care about profits don’t get me wrong that is 100% legit to me as well but I want long-term growth so my power up everything including all of my tribe tokens explain some of it but don’t get too excited.
Seen this happen over and over again we saw it in the steam days we saw it on the first couple weeks of hive we seen it now, we’re going to go ahead and continue to see it it’s gonna continue to pump with the development of this blockchain $10 is not that far each so stay put continue to curate continue to stack if you’re able to take profits take those damn profits pay some bills something make it useful for yourself.
Don’t want to go ahead and just go all willy-nilly do you know it took us a while to build you don’t wanna just destroy it sure having our hive powered up does not allow us to enjoy profits as ones with liquid Hive.
But I do see though is our accounts I’m making money on a daily basis if you’re on hive daily like we are I would assume this is our second home we’re making money we’re making stacks sure it doesn’t seem like a lot but compounding everything it’s gonna make you rich that’s it nothing to it... unless Hive crashes to $0 .

So my goal for you Utopis by middle of this year and total to be worth around $500,000 and continue paying out dividends from the growth of this project think of it like VTI, But instead of having the top 500 companies you have the top hive projects and outside projects pumping in Fiat into hive thus resulting in the Hive pump obviously.

Currently my account is worth around $300,000 in Fiat if I was to liquidate everything obviously that’s not possible with the liquidity of most of these hype tokens until there is more users addresses accounts holding hive tokens it will be hard to liquidate everything.
But the good news is it continues to grow hive is on a bull run, DoorDash has pump in profits, Ethereum mining is a little bit lagging behind but we can work on that pump in some more GPUs.
Overall just letting you know that I am constantly For ways to grow Utopis the project that you guys are invested in and you guys get a piece of the profits that I make Profits you grow let’s grow wealth together.
I want to emphasize again that this project is still current constantly high APR and will constantly pay high Apr when profitable, Dividends and payouts can change on a weekly basis depending if I don’t do the $1800-$1900 or if my mining rig crashes or the difficulty of Ethereum goes up anything is possible it’s just like hi risks I rewards type of thing but don’t they have to worry about is if hive goes to zero that’s it other than that continue enjoying those dividend payouts every Monday.

Hive has been pretty solid for a while though. It looks primed for a pump and just like you, all my Hive is powered up on chain.

with the new changes hive is going to be a nice spot to park your investments. With HBD interest being adjusted this is a nice win.
For Utopis all you need to do is hold no need to stake.

So my question to people who stake coins and are holding... do you check the price of your house on a daily basis? My Hive stake is much like my BTC holdings... what is getting powered up is staying there so why do I stress about the say to day price? It’s like real estate to me. Because the only real estate I will probably ever have will be hand me down property from family, lol. So for me, things like BTC, ETH, and HIVE are my real estate, the rest just helps build those bags.
I have been very happy with the Utopis project so far. I picked some more up just the other day. Great stuff!

The take home profits does pay the bills, and bills are as important as anything, else, we will be harassed by our neighbors, landlords, friends, etc on a daily basis.....lol
But what exactly is utopis, if I may ask?
I may be small potatoes but its nice to have another simple Passive Income option.
I still couldn't wrap my mind around how CUB works.
