There are several segments in the city plan layout. There are the residential areas, the commercial areas, the industrial areas and the office layouts. Each of these areas has its specific function. Whatever one wants to locate or establish, one would need to look out for it using the city layout.

The residential areas are for residence. Houses are structured there for accommodating residents. There are amenities which are situated in those areas for the immediate needs of the residents. Water supply is readily available. Services such as medical care and educational institutions are also located in these residential areas.

We also have the office layouts. In the office layouts, we have houses built for office use. Companies and public parastatals are located in these office areas. The office areas are usually dense with heavy security personnels. The office layouts areas are always quiet and tranquil. We do not have partying and event centers in the office areas.

In the city we also have the industrial layouts. The industrial layouts are always noisy. This is because production works and mechanical operations take place in such areas. There is high pollution that usually accompanies industrial areas. We cannot live conveniently in the industrial layouts. There is the presence of heavy duty machineries in such areas.
