I Prioritize My Relationship More Than My Career. #weekend-engagement 203

I’m glad to be able to make it to the deadline of this #weekend-engagement contest of this week. I have always wanted to make a trial of the wonderful, thought provoking topics rolled out by @galenkp weekly for this engagement.

I am giving my thoughts on the last topic which talks about prioritizing relationships or careers over the other. I am of the opinion of prioritizing my relationship over my career. I support my argument with these points.

Relationship Is Life

In life, many things are important but then some things are more important than the others. Relationship is upper on the scale than career. Relationship is life. We live and facilitate or existing by relating with others. We were born into various homes under the care of our parents (when we couldn't do any career as little kids) and we grow under that relationship with our parents. That illustrates that relationships come first before any career. Relationship is the soul of our living, so I prioritize my relationship over my career.

Career Support Relationship

We pick up our career to sustain ourselves and our loved ones. The thing that is the supporter should not be more important than the one which it is supporting. Considering this, it means that the existence of one determines the other. In my view, it is the existence of relationships that necessitates the need for a career. Career is a means of supporting our lives. Our lives find meaning and fulfillment through relationships. Career is a supportive hand holding the relationship, It is not more important than the relationship. So, I will prioritize what is the main stuff more than what I use to support it. My relationship is the main stuff, my career only supports the relationship.

I hope that with these few points of mine I am able to make some sense in driving home my argument that I will prioritize my relationship over my career. Thank you.
