My New Passive Income - Marti Tag, New UBER in Turkiye
Marti tag is the rival of UBER in Turkiye. The use of UBER was banned in Turkey. As an alternative to this, you can transport with your own vehicle with the Marti application, which is a domestic initiative.
You are sharing your vehicle. First of all, you enter your route and you receive passenger requests. You take the passenger on the route you want to your vehicle.
I travel a total of 35 kilometers a day to go to work.
In this process, I started to take passengers to my vehicle with the Marti tag application.
As I said, this situation is not legal in Turkey. If the police turn it around, they can fine about 800 USD and ban my vehicle from traffic for 2 months.
However, today I picked up 2 different passengers on the way home from my office. I got 3 USD for 4 kilometers from the first passenger. The second passenger wanted to go near my house and I got 7 USD for 8 kilometers from him.
Total I earned 10 USD from this app today.
I have done an estimated 4 kilometers except for the extra route.
It's been a huge win for me. Fuel prices in Turkey have increased considerably. Thanks to this earnings, I can get my fuel for free.
Marti also listed on NYSE. But price is going down after listing..
