Three things I can't easily forget about 2023

Though 2023 was a tough year, I still have memories I can hold on to in remembrance of 2023, 2023 was a tough year and it takes only tough people to pass through a year as rough as that so I solemnly congratulate everyone for passing through 2023, happy new year everyone, my prayers would always be upgrade and prosperity.

Speaking of three memories from 2023 that is dear to my heart, I kind of have more than three but I'm just going to share three of them, so lets get down to it.

  • First of all, I would be talking about my IT program that started last year, for me it's the most interesting part of being a medical lab student, right from my first year in school I had always imagined how it would look like, I guess I was thinking too much, it wasn't as difficult as I was thinking, as a matter of fact I was able to cope and learn how things are done in Lab, one thing I learnt and I won't forget easily is being confidential, being sure of what to do and also doing the right thing, I've you ever seen test results that has cancelled statements on it, such results as most regarded as error.

One of the most interesting thing about being a medical lab student is knowing how to handle a microscope and how to view on the microscope, well I believe it's not just knowing how to view on the microscope, but also knowing what to view on the microscope, this led me to a little study on parasites and other microorganisms you could possibly see in the microscope, though I didn't read too much and I know I still have more to read but at least I have an idea better than many other students that are struggling to view on the microscope without knowing what they are looking at

  • Second is: last year was the year i took a bold step on starting my journey of learning the accustic, first of all I started with one of my uncle's guitar, the frustrating issue was that he too didn't know how to play it and his house was far from mine, at some point I stopped, I realized that purchasing one would make the learning process more easier even though I knew that there were much demands on my head, after a while I started learning few chords from a friend's guitar, at least his location is not too far and he is a close friend, I could even borrow his guitar, the most interesting thing was that I started the journey and by God's grace before this year runs out, I should get one for myself.

  • Lastly, our December outreach last year was amazing, I'm a member of an amazing group, our aim is to reach out to rural areas with the gospel of Christ and also with gifts to support them, it has be a passion in me right from childhood to help the less privileged and doing things like this is like fulfilling my passion, it's going to be hard to forget about our December outreach because right from when we were approaching the village, the villagers were very excited.
