The Timid Me

At a point in everyone's life, there there's this feeling we get as a result of ignorance and a bit of childishness that makes us timid, I'm not really talking about childish behavior but you know as a result of not being mature we tend to feel inferior in somany cases. Well unlike me on the other way round, some people are naturally bold right from childhood.

Sometimes when I think of how I use to be timid as a child, I would end up laughing because now that I'm matured I don't see any reason why I should be timid, if I'm up to their standard fine and good, but if I'm not up to their standard then I mustn't be the superman.

I use to be this timid guy when I was much younger, infact it was that bad that whenever I'm in front of people I think are higher than me, I would keep imagining of how they see me until I leave their site. Like I said earlier, it was as a result of ignorance, I'm hundred percent sure that it can't happen again, expecially now that I know that it's not everyone that needs to see you as a hero.

Just graduated from nursery school

Being a timid guy made me an introvert, I remember while I was in the boarding school, I'd prefer to stay all day with my twin sister because she was the only one I could relate with. I made very few friends, infact situations brought us together, it's not as if I asked them for friendship, but know I guess I've grown to pass that level.

Me in the present

Comparing the previous me and me now in the present, I've learnt to make friends because in life we would definitely need the help of friends. I've also that whatever status I find myself in doesn't makes me inferior, I would only be inferior if I lack knowledge which I have, of course I'm not inferior 😂.

I've also learnt not to shy away from my problems and fear as long as it doesn't kill, I would only make me stronger and a better person.
