Crypto Is Stressful. LeoFinance Isn't

leofinance no stress.png

The only thing I can say after buying my first piece of Bitcoin in 2014 is that crypto is stressful.

Everyone I know has at least been wrecked a little bit or never have achieved the gaines they had planned on.

I haven't paid too much attention to it since I found steemit back in 2017. It seemed like the perfect way for me to participate.

For the life of me I can't predict a chart and my gut, which is right most of the time, still can't guide me to success.

So while I feel like I'm on the sidelines and everybody in the world is making games from defi or whatever else is going on at the moment, I don't have the stress that most traders do.

My stress is purely FOMO and I know that is different from what traders feel. My biggest concern is when to exit something like steem, hive, Leo, or ultimately project blank.

I have no doubt I will do it incorrectly but there is always the hope that I can just do what I do best and earn crypto. And that is posting and curating. I'm not saying that my posts are good or even worth reading but I always know I can rescue any money I lost.

When I turned my Bitcoin into steem the top of the market it was pretty devastating in theory but I kept grinding it and rescued my money long ago.

I think that's going to be the greatest lesson from this bull run as so many people who know nothing about crypto enter the market. They will get some serious bumps and bruises but if they enter with something like project blank or Leo or Hive they will be fine.

In fact, if they stick it out, and we stick it out we will all benefit financially. Remember we are still early adopters. I don't even know anyone who knows what defi is other then the people I network with on the hive blockchain.

So indeed I'm stressing a little bit that I won't have enough Leo holdings to really make a difference on project blank but when I think about it it's nothing to stress over. I'm not about to lose my life savings over some weird cryptocurrency. I just have to think of topics to post about.

Yeah my first investments started off kind of bad lol and I look back it was the perfect time. Trading is alright but I think I want to start focusing on long terms more than anything

For sure. And even holding long term is boring for me. At least with Hive/Leo you have some control over your gains. Just have to work for them.

Love this perspective. I’ve had way too many sleepless nights in 2018. Now I mainly just hold hive and ctp.

Just starting on the leo stuff too.

I think Leo will get even better with the project blank airdrop. I'm glad I'm in at the beginning for sure!

Concept of Earning will really ease the stress off, If you can't buy it, then you can try to earn it.

so in July 2017 I bought roughly 500 steem. I have now earned just over 15,000 steem/hive/leo combined. I should get around 3400 project blank tokens if it is a 1 for 1 air drop. I can't complain too much but it has been a grind.

I bought 171 Steem in 2018 (when they are around $1). Splinterlands really kept me stucked with this chain and Covid + chain split come as blessing for me as I really added some nice amount of LEO,CTP and Hive.

In actual sense, the stressful part of defi is the one currently running, wait till "defi" gets into hive, then we will see the best defi is yet to offer. Let every newbie tag along. What helped me when I first got here was my thirst to read everything there was to read as long as it had to do with the happenings in here, if one can embrace a reading culture, navigating this space won't be so hard, especially with interfaces like hive and leofinance where majority of the hot topics is on chain and open to everyone.

Sometimes going slow is the best way to go. Not all of us are cut out for the adrenaline-filled life of a day trader. I am more comfortable earning creating content.

My stress is purely FOMO and I know that is different from what traders feel. My biggest concern is when to exit something like steem, hive, Leo, or ultimately project blank

I have failed woefully at playing the market. It is not my forte. There is a lot to crypto and the market I am unaware of and should study

I've finally hit a nice sweet spot and have been running through my feed curating.

Enjoy brother!

Well according to your noise.cash “career” I’m pretty sure you’ll stand out of the crowd and be successful on projectblank.
We don’t know yet how it’s going to play but it might generate some nice wealth that could flow back to Leofinance.
Good to have you I here mate.

I can't believe how some people day trade bitcoin and any crypto really. It's like 100x more volatile then the stock market and most of those people have lost their minds!! For me it's buy in low in a company you believe in and hold/ support it. That's something we have here at LEO

I think I have bought the top more often than I have bought at a reasonable time thus far in crypto. Your article is very relatable. I've adjusted personally to a stance of hodling and being more long term and I hope that your prediction is right that if we stick around for the long term we will profit!

Totally agree with you , about 90% of what I know about Cryptocurrency is from my joining in on the hive and leofinance platforms..
And any crypto I've ever owned has its roots in the same platform..
Cheers to our anticipation of better!

i'd seriously look into the bbd token. i think the stress of crypto will cause many not to participate.
